HORRIBLE customer service. If you have the choice, do not buy a car from this establishment. They will lie and lie and lie to get you to sign on the dotted line. I called them and asked if I needed an inspection to get my car titled, they told me that I did not. After waiting in line at the DMV for 2 hours, I was informed that I did need inspection. Then I called Dwayne and he couldn't help me and simply apologized for how I feel. Like my feelings are unjustified because they wasted my time and money. How inconsiderate do you have to be to act like this? Again, AVOID THIS HELL HOLE!

the customer service has greatly improved under new management! they did so good helping me find the perfect fit for my family and I. I plan to use Mazda, and this location in the future.

Don't waste your drive. No sales people to help you. Only 5 madza vehicles on the lot and non in the show room. Was told to give me your number and we will call you when it's convenient for us. They didn't care we drove 2 hours and no sales person or vehicles on there lot.

Purchase a late model high end truck from them for around $40,000, within a week I noticed it had no manual! I immediately called my sales guy and let him know it didn't have a manual and he assured me he would get on it. So weekly I called and I was told they had to order it and they would get on it. So every time I called they again assured me they would order it. Two weeks ago I spoke with the sales manager and he again assured me they would fedex it to me ASAP! Two days ago I called my sales guy and he put me on hold then hung up on me. So I do hope I have no problems with my truck, because it may take an act of Congress to get it resolved!
