HANDS DOWN best pre-owned car lot. My daughter bought a vehicle from this lot with extended warranty. She has 5 children, 3 in car seats. Finding a reliable vehicle that fit her budget was a huge problem. 6 days after she purchased, the vehicle broke down. The extended warranty would not cover the issue. Now all other pre-owned lots would have told her sorry but you bought as is. Not McCoy! They fixed the vehicle with no cost to her and got her back on the road. All future needs for a vehicle will be done here for our family. I will tell everyone I know that this company is amazing and has serious integrity. Thank you Mc Coy for taking car of my daughter and my grandbabies.

This is a nice dealership. Nice lot, great building, clean facility. Scott helped us with the purchase of a used vehicle. He did great and made the process super easy, answering all of our questions and treating us well.
I would give the business a four star review, but the vehicle we bought has warped front brake rotors. The defect is plainly obvious, especially to an auto tech or anyone with vehicle knowledge. I can only assume the tech was subpar, which is an issue, or management made the decision to forgo the $200 repair and sell a subpar vehicle. Either way, such a minor repair should never leave such a nice dealership. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting what you buy or taking it to your own mechanic. All in all, a great place to buy a vehicle, otherwise.

Justin, David, and the manager have been great to work with and extremely accommodating. They were willing to to go down on a vehicle quite a bit in order to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase! Will buy from them again!
