“Thank you so much to the whole team for the amazing effort to help get Everett set up and established. We had been dealing with the formula shortage since February 21,2022 while with another medical supply company. We transferred to Children’s Medical Services and immediately had confirmation that Everett would have enough formula supplied to him for a whole month!!! That hasn’t happened in 5 months. And to top it off it was personally delivered by Natalie. We feel like we have been accepted into a family by choosing to work with Children’s Medical Services. ♥️♥️”

“We were visiting Branson. My son uses an Astra vent at night. It started alarming after we went to bed. I was able to contact Rotech after hours. Springfield is closest. Alex contacted us. He went above and beyond checking if everything was okay. My son needed a new mask. The one he brought didn’t work out so he brought another next day. Can’t say enough good things of Alex’s help. From coming at 2am to when he was finished with his patients the next day.”
