I began my experience with Shelly’s Merle Norman in March of 2023. I had my 1st makeover with her back then. I have sensitive skin to certain products I have used in the past, mostly over the counter. When I tried different makeup distributors, I couldn’t seem to ever get right color s for my skin tone. When Shelly did my face , she took her time and explained the products & when she picked my colors, they all matched perfectly to my skin tone. I am not complaining about other people’s products, they just never worked for my skin needs. When I was finished, I felt like a new woman, beautiful, and confident. Shelly is amazing. The products all work on my skin with no issues. I am now into 7 months using my products. It has made a huge difference in my skin, no sensitivity to these products, & the products last a long time. I have had compliments on my skin. I usually go visit Shelly every 1-2 months to either buy products , some clothes or jewelry for my friends or myself. I love the atmosphere in the store as well as the big welcoming greeting with a smile every time. . I have seen other customers in the store when I am looking & shopping. Everyone I have seen is treated just as I am each time. This is my favorite go to place just because I love it. Thank you Shelly, you are amazing!!!

The owner is an amazing makeup artist and wonderful person. She did a wonderful job on my makeup and they sell great products!! As a person who doesn’t typically wear makeup it was nice to have someone that knew how to apply and make it look natural!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!! 5 stars!!!

Took my 13 year old to get her first makeover done and they didn’t disappoint! She looked beautiful and the colors were great for her age! So appreciated the attention and information! I was a little disappointed when I got home and used an eye shadow pallet I bought and found talc as an ingredient. :( I specifically picked MN because they say on their site that their makeup is talc free. So unfortunately I will need to double check before buying any powders there again.*edit to reply….thank you so much for the offer, it’s not that I’m allergic, just that talc is horribly toxic to our systems. Just thought with how much I spent, I’d be getting a clean powder. I can buy all the talc I need at Walmart prices. Not your fault at all! I just wish Merle Norman wouldn’t advertise being talc free if they aren’t. ?

I went into the store today wanting a new look. Shelly took her time with me. She is great at color matching.She did a makeover starting with cleaning my face and ending with lipstick. It was a really good experience.I’m really happy with the tips and suggestions she had. Love my new look and highly recommend her.

I have been using Merle Norman Cosmetics for 30 years. My Grandma introduced to the total finish makeup and the Miracol face product. It makes my skin look amazing. Wonderful survive, amazing make up work by Shelly the owner. Never had make up done for me but special day for my son’s wedding. Would have it done again. Enjoyed the time spent with my daughter in law’s mom and her mom’s sister lovely boutique as well.

Shelley is wonderful, the store looks amazing and they have beautiful clothing too! I always get helpful and attentive service when I’m there. I just love the lip liners, I make a point to have a few in my collection at all times.
