Horrible experience went just to get a item and came out paying more than I should’ve had because on the contract to get the new iPhone and Apple Watch doesn’t say that I need other items to get the phone and the activation fee 102 dollars for activation fee that’s just ridiculous over priced never go to this store is a scam and the coworkers treat you horrible

We were there about 6 months ago and got lied to by the guy that used to work there, the guy we talked to today made it Right.
Hah. This is a joke. Yeah I guess he "made it Right" then !! But I was lied to again! I was told the phone I was buying, payments would be added to my phone bill. Cool. I was so wrong to believe them!! Turns out I haven't been paying my phone off at all and now it's gone to collections ruining my credit, all so one person gets a laugh?! Who in Earth works like that! Who could screw someone over so badly and live with themselves.
When I went in today after getting the letter, I was told the card I used to make the deposit I made, should have been charged this entire time, but as a secondary payment thru someone else. That hasn't happened. IDK what this guy did to completely mess this up, but I'm pretty well done with this company. Save your money. Do your self the biggest favor and go across the street to boost and get if not better deals, at least the same price for better quality data. I don't even want to start the rant of how bad Internet is out where I live that's supposedly the best spot to be in!!! 🤦🏼 I regret my decisions of ever using this company.

I was told that metro PCs doesn't do any upgrades anymore WHICH ISNT TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THEY DO I needed a new phone the manager said if you change numbers I'll get you free phones and he also pressured me into buying 2 smart watches that aren't even compatible with my phones another rep said he should have never sold them to me they don't work with my phones I told him repeatedly I didn't want them he said that if I buy those he can make my phone bill 136.00 with 2 phones 2 watches and internet BUT KEPT TELLING ME THE OFFER WAS GONE WHEN HE LEFT THE STORE TO GO ON VACATION AND HE WAS LEAVING EARLY so I said screw it did it the bill was going to be cheaper then my prior account and I would have smart watches so I wouldn't have to lug around my phone everywhere WELL THE WATCHES DO ATTACH TO MY PHONE BUT THE REST OF THE STUFF ON THE WATCH DOESNT WORK BECAUSE I NEED A SAMSUNG AND MY BILL IS 171.00 HE ALSO SAID MY NEXT MONTH INTERNET WILL BE FREE ITS NOT I WAS CONNED TO MAKE A SELL I have been a metro PCs customer since metro opened I have never seen anyone take advantage of someone like this when I went into the south Campbell location the manager just blamed it all on me and refused to help me ALSO WHEN I WENT BACK TO MAKE THE MANAGER KEEP HIS WORD ON WHAT MY BILL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HE HAD TRIED TO BLAME IT ON HIS EMPLOYEE WHEN I CALLED HIM ON IT WHEN I CALLED ON THE PHONE WHEN I GOT THERE HE SAID OH WELL IF WE PUT IT ON AUTOPAY IT'LL KNOCK $20 OFF AND BRING IT DOWN SO I GAVE HIM MY CARD NUMBER HE ACTED LIKE HE PUT IT IN AND HE SAID MY BILL WAS LOWERED DOWN TO 148 WHICH WAS STILL NOT THE 136 HE PROMISED BUT THAT WAS GOOD ENOUGH COME TO FIND OUT WHEN I LEFT HE NEVER ADDED MY CARD TO AUTO-PAY NEVER DID ANYTHING TO MY ACCOUNT SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GOT MY BILL LOWERED

these people are ridiculous, ive been with metro for almost ten years and one of my biggest complaints has always been that they dont give their customers and kind of deal on device upgrades, so when i saw recent ads claiming that they are giving existing customers the same deals as new customers to switch to their "flex" plans which i now find suspiciously similar to their regular plans. but so i went in to check it out. no they are not giving existing customers anything at all. if you add a line to your plan, and port a number in, and get their most expensive plan, then you can get a free phone only on the new line. if you already have an account with metro; 1) why would you want an extra line, you already have all the lines to need? 2) how are you going to port a number in if your number is already with metro because youre an existing customer? 3) if you cant even get a new device your main line, what?! what is the point? where is the deal? where is there any incentive? so i want to go out start a whole account with another provider, and whatever that costs, just so i can go back to metro and port the number over to an extra line on my account, almost tripling my at least tripling my monthly bill because i have the $50 plan now, and i would have to get 2 lines on the $75 plan, and im going to do all this just so i have to change my phone number that is linked to many accounts i.e. amazon, cash app, doctors offices, insurance, the landlord etc. etc. etc.?????? and then, the weirdo working in this store that looked like he just woke up, in the alley behind the store all crusty faced and scraggley purple hair and piercings all over his face except he didnt have actual body jewelry just looked like he ripped apart a cheap black hair comb and stuck the pieces all over his face told me i could switch the phones after 2 weeks, but when i left there and went to another store attempting to find someone competent, the guy at the other store told i couldnt switch them for 95 days. although, the second guy didnt turn out to be any more credible than this guy. long story short after being with this company for almost 10 years, i dont the glenstone store, the campbell store, the metro by tmobile company in general or tmobile because it has all gone WAY down hill since tmobile took over. im going to UScellular.

Had a real issue with our account today and the Young lady took care of us with it. She is the best and amazing. Thank you so much if I could give you 10 Stars I would in a heartbeat. Everyone don't deal with the 611 metro operators. Cause to screw Alot of stuff up. Cause they did us. But the young lady did everything to fix it even though it took along time. But she's the best. Thank you very very much again ??

Sam at the Glenstone location who is a manager is terrible. She will tell you ANYTHING in order to get your business and your money. I guess for her own commission purposes. I was a Verizon customer and was looking to change providers. I HAVE to have hot spot and good service in order to perform my job. She assured me that I would get great service and great signal through my hot spot. I haven't even had Metro for 24 hours and it is a complete nightmare. I had half a bar of signal and the hot spot was so weak I couldn't even perform my job. I decided to go back to Verizon because I know that their service is very reliable. I contacted Sam and advised that I haven't even had the service for 24 hours and that I need a refund. I need my money back for the activation fee and also I need the money back for the products I purchased. She told me that she COULD NOT do that and that I am pretty much screwed. When I asked her to speak with whoever was above her she acted like I couldn't. She said that she would pass my contact information over to someone else and they have never called me. This company is just out to take advantage of people. I needed good service and Metro PCS is not where it's at. Sam was extremely rude and unprofessional. I thought this was 100% money back when there is zero satisfaction. Dealing with this company caused me to miss out on work. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life from a business. DO BETTER METRO PCS and maybe look for a new manager because SAM is the WORST to deal with.
