Went there for a basic shellac pedicure, I explained in detail that I did NOT want my toe nail shape to be altered. They ignored my request and cut the sides of my toes into a very narrow shape, I asked them to stop and they kept saying “I know I know” …. Clearly they didn’t know.
If you are a person who regularly gets pedicures like I do, you understand the importance of the shape of your nails. Mine look TERRIBLE now and will take weeks to grow back. 😤😡😡😤
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I got a fresh new white and pink set 6 weeks ago and a fill today. My nails are always a train wreck but no matter how they look when I go in John does such an excellent job I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are also so friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Their prices are also extremely fair. You want regret having any of their services
