I walked in at 11:10 and was seated promptly in a two person both next to the bar. My order was taken quickly. I orderd a. Grilled cheese and some chips along with a coke. The grilled cheese is made with rye bread and the chips were a small bag of lay plain. My sandwich took about 15 minutes to arrive. It was good rye bread adds a distinct flavour, not in a bad way. All in all it was good not the best grilled cheese I have found but definitely not the worst.

This is a charming little piece of heaven. It has a small town café feel right in the middle of Springfield. The food is excellent. My wife loves the salad and I love the egg sandwich.Parking: The lights is large, because it connects to the whole strip center

Their veggie lasagna was the best I have ever had. It came smothered in marinara sauce AND a dinner salad. Their raspberry balsamic vinaigrette was worth the trip alone. I highly recommend Nearly Famous Deli?

Seems like those places that communities can call their own are few and far between, but NF is one. Even though it's not a bar, it has the feel of Cheers where everyone knows your name. The service here is impeccable! You do not get forgotten and your glass or cup never goes empty. The food? Incredible. I have yet to have anything bad off the menu, but if you want my favorite go-to's, you can't go wrong with:1: The reuben2: Any of the quiches3: The deli tomato soup4: The spinach salad5: The chef salad (their house made vinaigrette I could drink by the gallon!).6: The San Francisco Melt(The photo is a cup of cream asparagus soup and the San Francisco melt). Then there's the environment of the place. Casual, cozy, and you feel like your best friend is waiting for you here to walk thru the front door. Without a doubt, Nearly Famous is one of my top 3 Springfield places to eat because it's good, the staff is incredible and, it's ours.

We saw so many wonderful sounding dishes on an online menu.. peppercorn steak, Parmesan chicken, shrimp dishes, eggplant parmesan, and more. Arrived at 6 pm for a birthday dinner and the menu consisted of bake lasagna, spinach lasagna, spaghetti/meatballs and Alfredo. My baked lasagna could fit on a saucer 2 wide noodles a bit of cheese in-between covered with a very acidic tomato sauce, friend had spaghetti and meatballs he said might as well picked up a tv dinner and gone home only a overly vinegared" house dressing". The dinner roll and salad with too many red onions were only items I recognize in the pictures that matched what we were served last night ?. Very disappointed indeed. We asked, our waitress said yeah she's asked about the missing menu items a lot! They need to update their website. It was quite for a Friday night... enough staff you would think one of them could update the website. It's a shame after the pandemic for patrons who supported local businesses feel a bit cheated . We took less to help but can't we go back to some normalcy now.

Disgusting dog food. Gravy was the worst I've ever had and I found the made on date sticker IN THE LASAGNA. Nearly famous? No just nearly a week old. Don't bother.

1st time in. Fantastic service, nice atmosphere. I had lasagna, my husband spaghetti, and meatballs. My lasagna was good. My husband wasn't a fan of the sauce or meatballs. He felt there was much tomato paste in the sauce. The house salad is the perfect ratio of dressing to salad and parm, and I really enjoyed it.Also, I had a pecan bar...WOW! I have never found one this close to my grandmother's ever. Really the best! Don't pass it up.

Nearly Famous Deli has been a longtime go to. If you like made from scratch item they nail it! I love their quiche, pastas and deli sandwiches always are a hone run! If you aren't stuffed, the desserts are incredible!

This is a trendy eatery with good selection of food items. The prices are midline to high and the food is good. The service was outstanding! Also our waiter went to great pains to inform us about their quiche, which I had asked about. For a little pricey lunch, I would recommend.
