No port forwarding? Wow... ok. And the technician didn't go out of his way to say anything else about it. Just said bye and hung up. I'm buying my own internet provider services now instead of using the apartment's with net vision. Not worth it if you want to port forward anything.

Goes down frequently. Speeds are never consistent. They will not allow port forwarding. Advertised as high speed, but has extreme packet loss. This has been tested in two different locations with their services, two different cities / zip codes.Edit: Reached out to get a reasoning as to why they won't let users forward ports. They would not answer the question. They could only reply with they do not currently allow port forwarding.

I live in a brand new complex and it is supposed to be a secured building; however, our key fobs quit working properly over 2 weeks ago and they still cannot get the system working as it should. NOT SECURE NOW and they are in no hurry to fix this!

Never get the speeds I pay for $120 for 20mb. Internet goes down very often. They send Customer Service reps out and that never solves anything.

Terrible company, anytime the internet goes out you can't call them cause apparently they're phones are ran thru that same internet. My internet is down now at kelly greens and neither me nor the apartment company can contact them. Hopefully they go under soon so we can get a better company we can actually call.

router shuts off multiple times a day for 0 reason. have called a dozen times and all they offer is a 1 day fix. nothing with these people work right and they dont care to make it right either. highly suggest getting wifi service anywhere else.

I've had this internet provider for many years now. Have always good service and subscription rates are reasonable. When tech services are needed I've never had to wait to talk with a tech and usually any problems are resolved. I wouldn't want to go any where else for internet service.

Customer Service is outstanding! While I do live in the country and don’t have the greatest internet options but yes I definitely recommend Net Vision as Scott is always ready to help me anytime day or evening. He will check my signal remotely and do whatever it takes to get it going again or get a technician out the next day. They don’t charge you for any repairs either nor the service call.

I’m 2 miles north of Dadeville MO and we haven’t had any luck with internet out here in the middle of nowhere until we tried net vision. My wife works from home now and doesn’t have any issues and with the kids being home in the summer they stream movies and she doesn’t get slowed down. May not be best for everyone but I’m very please here.

Wow. I get internet for maybe an hour at a time. Cannot seem to even get more than 89mbps. Even with the IP add-on. How is this a thing? I suddenly remember why I have had my own internet for years before I moved. Should be investigated for “providing” a service that doesn’t exist.
