I went first time there n got charged $75 for a set of horribly done nails. Idk his name but he was more worried about his doordash ending cuz he had it paused. My nails are terrible for $75!! I don’t recommend them! You can see 2 days AFTER n the chrome is already flaking off!UPDATE- I went back and they redid the chrome nails, but they are still terribly done. I won’t go back paid over $100 for bad nails ?♀️Services: Nail art

Great ? I got my first pedicure and it went well. They give you a massage too, and manicure. They massage your hands and arms, which was nice.

Highly recommend this place. They are very friendly, it was my 2nd time getting a pedicure and the first time was not a good experience but my daughter said trust NU Nails I did and I was so not dissatisfied. And trust me I was a tough job. I will return so helpful and nonjudgmental. And most importantly she did not lie about her price she said $25 and it was.Service: Pedicure

Mt manicure lasted 2 days. I was told that's all a regular manicure lasted. They were extremely rude.

Associate deliberately plucked gashes in my eyebrows . I believe it was because I questioned how often they change the towels on the table that they have you lay on to get your eyebrows waxed. They NEVER look fresh and appear to be the same ones each time , because they have the same faded areas on them. The associate has waxed my eyebrows at least 4 times in the past and they never looked this bad. The way that she messed my eyebrows up was no mistake. She then attempted to argue with me and say that it was already that way, as if I don't look at my face every day. Just horrible!!!

I had a manicure on a Thursday, by Saturday the polish was worn off. I politely asked for it to be redone. I was told polish did last on plain nails and I asked why it did at other nail salons. She was refusing. After I showed other customers she agreed but said next time I would pay...like there would be a next time. After an hour she roughly started doing my nails, clipping into the quick. By Sunday the polish was worn off again. I did my own and so far it's lasted 6 days.I believe they are watering down the polish. Very rude and unprofessional.
