“My printer stopped printing and thinking it was the connection to the computer I worked on it. When that proved to not be the problem, a friend said it could possibly be dried out ink cartridges. So, I called our local Cartridges Plus and went there to pick up what I needed. The printer is now back in business, and I couldn't be happier. “Update* 7-5-24 after leaving the review below I was quickly contacted by customer service. Who after I submitted my order number and the missing parts were quick to act. Just received the missing parts today, they mush have rush shipped it. Increased rating to a 4 star due to the diligence in resolving the issue.
Ordered an L shaped desk with hutch. It came with missing parts. Contacted them, after 3 different phone calls finally was connected to someone to get the missing pieces. Only to find out it's on backorder and I had to wait 15 to 18 weeks! Then around the time it's supposed to show up I get an email telling me they no longer work with that company and if I want the part I have to contact them directly. But guess what they're still selling those desks!”
