He was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cared about our project. You could tell he wasn't just trying to complete another job. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the results and that everything represented our church well. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. It's refreshing to work with a local business owner who takes such pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. “My printer stopped printing and thinking it was the connection to the computer I worked on it. When that proved to not be the problem, a friend said it could possibly be dried out ink cartridges. So, I called our local Cartridges Plus and went there to pick up what I needed. The printer is now back in business, and I couldn't be happier. The service I received on the phone and in the store sold me on how they care for people and products. They have just won a new customer.”

“Just wanted to take a moment to leave a review and truly let the world know how much Annie helped me yesterday. She went above and beyond to help me with my banner. “I went to make some color copies, self-serve style. The two men working were both helpful and that made it easier to get my copies made. Unfortunately, when I had called earlier in the week, I asked the person who answered the phone how much color copies cost, AND, specifically what the charge is if I did front and back color, and a separate page. He told me he thought I would be charged for TWO pages, not three. I asked him to double check because he seemed a bit unsure with his answer. He came back and assured me I would only be charged for TWO color pages, because it was 2 sheets. Well, that was NOT correct, and I had to pay for EACH side of the color copies! That van be a huge additional expense m, and for me, it cost me over $50 extra from what he had initially told me. I am still giving a 5 star review, because I had a pleasant and uneventful experience once at the store. The misinformation I was given over the phone should be addressed with staff!”

I often have several large and heavy boxes and they go out of their way to make drop off easier when they see me. Today a young man was more than helpful carrying a huge box in this 100 degree weather. Thanks for great service!”
