The customer service I had with Matt over a few days was great. He was friendly, informative and personable not only over the phone or over email but in store too. The copy shoppe is prompt, their turn around was only a few days for quality work. I had such an unfortunate unprofessional experience previously at Colorgraphic printing, thankfully, it lead me to the copy shoppe. I was disheartened and disappointed going into it but talking with Matt and his assurance made everything better and gave me confidence for my flyer being made. I won’t go anywhere else for my printing needs and you shouldn’t either.”

“I used this location for self printing and scanning. The setup was clear and easy to use. There was adequate space to set out my documents to organize things as copies were made. When a set didn't come out right--they were old documents I tried to copy in their original color--I took it to the counter. I showed it to the staff person and explained it didn't come out. First question: Did you put it in the right side up? I'm sure folk mess that up, but I did not; however I don't think she believed me. We discussed trying to keep the same color and it failing and simply printing it normal. She didn't charge me for her printing (we were already paying for the blank copies). I'm not sure if she believed me or if it's a policy to suffer fools.”

“My printer stopped printing and thinking it was the connection to the computer I worked on it. When that proved to not be the problem, a friend said it could possibly be dried out ink cartridges. So, I called our local Cartridges Plus and went there to pick up what I needed. The printer is now back in business, and I couldn't be happier. The service I received on the phone and in the store sold me on how they care for people and products. They have just won a new customer.”
