We have used them for awhile now and have only had a few issues, but they always get us up and running almost immediately! The last service call we needed, they were seriously at our Warehouse and the problem was solved in less than 45 minutes!!”
“I went to make some color copies, self-serve style.
The two men working were both helpful and that made it easier to get my copies made.
Unfortunately, when I had called earlier in the week, I asked the person who answered the phone how much color copies cost, AND, specifically what the charge is if I did front and back color, and a separate page. He told me he thought I would be charged for TWO pages, not three. I asked him to double check because he seemed a bit unsure with his answer. He came back and assured me I would only be charged for TWO color pages, because it was 2 sheets. Well, that was NOT correct, and I had to pay for EACH side of the color copies! That van be a huge additional expense m, and for me, it cost me over $50 extra from what he had initially told me.
I am still giving a 5 star review, because I had a pleasant and uneventful experience once at the store. The misinformation I was given over the phone should be addressed with staff!”
