Might be the slowest account opening process in history. It’s been 4 and a half MONTHS since I opened the account remotely and I have yet to receive a debit card or anything. Made several calls to their main phone line and mailed requests over these months and often find out that no action was taken whatsoever. Frustrating experience

I have worked in customer service for nearly 30 years, and therefore have some standards of personal expectation from an institution: this bank has failed me in every way possible. In a matter of four months, my money was deposited into the wrong account- someone else's account altogether! This happened not once, but FOUR TIMES. On one occasion they accidentally deposited ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, which belonged to SOMEONE ELSE, in my account.

I have to brag on Old Missouri Bank. I switched banks a couple months ago and they made the transition so easy. Everyone was so kind AND when I called with questions I got a local representative without hassling with an automated system. I would like to send a huge shout out to Chad who was so helpful in explaining the different account options. He is quick, efficient and very kind! Thank you thank you!!

Nothing but thrives tell me how can u be overdrawn for a $10 purchase after depositing $1000 then after they take their 30 fee immediately then say you have 960 in account.within minutes.currently i have over 10 od. Fees even tho the app & Web site & the teller say you have 1000.in acct.and recently got a od.11 times while $ was in bank u deposit u buy they 0 out ur balance charge u for multi purchases. Under you're balance then put ur $ back just to take it back in b.s. fees. Not to mention after banking with em for over a year and have good credit talked to loan officer for a reasonable loan to have the loan officer say I'll call you back and tell u if you got the loan.but wouldn't even write down my name or phone # yeah they should be investigated and shut down if you like giving away ur $ and being treated like a S##! When asking for a loan then open an account but if you'd rather keep ur hard earned $ you'd be better off giving ur $ to a cracked head

It was horrible they had me waiting for an hour they let other people go in front of me even though I was there first they pick and choose who they like they're very prejudiced the owner and his wife are disrespectful the owner's wife rolled her eyes at me she's some tall dark-haired lady not very attractive very tall fake looking I will never put my money in there bank I felt very uncomfortable there
