I just needed a cabin air filter and due to the nature of my back, Randy was top notch!! He helped me with the right part and even helped install it for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you for that.

Had a job that should’ve been an easy hour fix but it turned into an over 4+ hour deal. Everybody here was so friendly even though I was stuck in their parking lot for too long. I will forever come to this location because of the way the employees treated me. Andrew I believe it was he was so polite and made me feel like I didn’t overstay my welcome. Thank you all!

My wife went to this location to grab a panel air filter for her 2017 ford escape, she was repeatedly told by the person behind the counter that she was wrong and her car takes cylindrical air filters. They refused to walk out to her car and verify it. I had to drive up there and walk in with the exact model number of what she needed before the kid behind the counter said "oh, that's for the 2.5l engine". Meaning, he could have checked his drop-down menu on his computer at any point, but him and the guy next to him were too lazy to click a mouse or walk 20 feet to check for a customer.
From what I'm told, this is a pretty common occurrence for this location

Weren't that helpful, you really need to "know" the store in order to find what your looking for when u go. Not all locations are like this so it's probably best to call first in order to prevent frustration if your having a bad day due to car problems. Lol

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an online order for a cabin filter for my ‘23 Kia Sportage and when I went to pick it up I walked in and nobody acknowledged me. I had to literally announce I was there to pick up numerous times and the inbred looking guy with the black hair stated he’ll be right with me. 4 people and only 2 were with customers. This white lady walked in after me and he once again told me one minute and then proceeds to assist her. I just let them know don’t worry about it and you think anyone said anything? No! Realized I needed to cancel so I went back in for a refund because one thing I can do is go get serviced else where, then the guy, Sirus, who was assisting someone else when I initially walked in said he can get my order for me and it was done. Will never be back. Never had an issue at O’Reilly in Atlanta but I guess Springfield does not care. I’ll frequent elsewhere.
