I was sent a $40 coupon some years ago as good faith over an issue I had with an employee at a store. I was told to ignore the expiration date on the coupon that it would still be good even after it expired. My family and I were in the middle of moving when it arrived in the mail, and I lost it. I did not find it until about a month ago. I saw it had expired 3 years ago, but remembering that I was told not to worry about expiration, I decided to try to use it. It did not work. I just tried to call customer service, and the representative didn't care what I was told. I was told it would only be usable up to 30 days past expiration, and would not do anything for a coupon that old. O'Reilly's really doesn't care about the customer. I'll avoid shopping at O'Reilly's going forward. Almost $200 because I needed two sets of wipers and a set of break pads, and my budget is already thin as it is, and O'Reilly's just doesn't care. Thank you, but no thank you.

The manager on 7th street in texarkana texas is the worst person to deal with. Has no clue about anything at the store, treats her employees terrible, and is disrespectful to customers. Solely based on her attitude today i will refrain from ever entering that oreillys again. If it weren't for power torque customer service being so good, I would of never got my warranted asset today. Britney Morris has got to be the worst employee I've ever seen at any oreilys. And she's a manager that talks to her people like they are zeros. What a shame oreilys.

So been here at my business for 8 years everything was fine till this new lady now over the fleet accounts came in and got my credit limit from 2500.00 a month to a dollar… wow I spent 13000.00 with them last year.. now you will be lucky to get 13.00.. and we live in a town or 1200 people.

I WAS ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR TRYING TO TALK TO THEIR RESOLUTION TEAM REGARDING STORE#3672 IN WHEAT RIDGE, CO, AGAIN. THE DISTRICT MANAGER LETS NON-CUSTOMERS WITH EXPIRED CAR TAGS PARK IN THEIR LOT ALL DAY AND OVERNIGHT FOR A PARKING FEE. THIS IS BRINGING CRIME INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!! THE POLICE ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE DISTRICT MANAGER WON'T LET THEM. O'REILLY AUTO PARTS HAS NO INTREGRITY AND IT SHOWS BY THEM HIRING THIS DISTRICT MANAGER!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD A CRIME SCENCE!!!

Some of the people who work here are decent people one thing for sure don't work here unless you have to and never accept managment. You go from replaceable with hrs approval to just letting you go after 8 yrs with no explanation. Plus if min wage keeps going up the counterman will be making what the managers in smaller towns anyway. It's crazy you answer a survey that your forced to take and honestly answer the questions even though it not praising the company and shortly after they retaliate by investigating you for several random made up things and fire you without giving you a reason. Horray Missouri employment at will law. On top of that you work the entire year before get let go on Jan 31 and they tell you your also not getting your bonus for the year before smh. Reported me saying this isn't a review but it says I'm reviewing corporate office which is what this is them and their managment and ways of doing things.

I will not be returning here I did not know what the return policy was here I asked if I could return a part which was electrical which I used for not even an hour and figured out it wasn’t this part that was causing my issue which I was going to return it actually and buy a wiper motor which cost more normally but the employee told me about the policy then but then he acted like I was stupid saying no you can’t just see if the part works and come back very rude about it. He has long hair and is a thicker kid, I would continue buying stuff from here if the kid would have just left it at telling me the return policy and didn’t make a smart ass comment but he had to do that and that is not professional at all it came off like he was acting like I was just trying to trade the part off . Which I was not I was diagnosing my vehicle because the wipers on my vehicle will not stop rotating even on the off switch I did not know that was the return policy. If he didn’t make a comment acting like I was stupid thinking I could return it then I would continue buying parts from here this was at the Desloge Missouri location very unprofessional at demeanor was not right.

Was very disappointed with the service we received today at the Crossville Alabama location! Very rude employee and because of that that store lost a sale and probably future business from us. Do better

If I could give them no stars I would. We have had 3 seperate turbos installed from this company at a certified shop. They have been failing in less than 3 month. All the same thing actuator door failures. We were told yesterday that they refuse to warranty it again. They are only responsible to warranty the mileage from the original turbo installed. Mind you this is the 3rd one that has failed and has not gone over the mileage for this specific turbo. So not only has out truck been down for the 4th time. But we work out of state and have had to haul this home from Montana, fly guys home, and we're down a truck for our business. Had to rent a truck and now having to pay a few thousand more for another turbo. Do not buy parts from this company. There are several other people that I know of going through the same thing with crappy made parts from them.

Went to store looking for conditioner/cleaner for convertible soft top and spoke to assistant manager Anthony. He asked me if it was vinyl or what kind of convertible top. He showed me cleaner for interior vinyl material not related to convertible soft top. He was very unfriendly and rude and raised his voice at me and told me to leave the store because I did not know what I was looking for which I thought he should of known and could look it up on his computer.! I did not know what was needed to clean and condition convertible soft top! I questioned him = (picture attached) why his store was so empty due to that I just came from AutoZone which was very busy. As I was leaving he told me to just get out of Store because he was not able to answer my questions and was rude could not find me correct product to help me.
I spent my money elsewhere and will never go back to this store location ever again!

They should get negative stars
Refused to honor our warranty, wanted to waste an hour of my time because of their policies. When I tried calling corporate I was hung up on, transfered and ignored. When I did finally reach customer service it was a message saying I reached them outside of business hours at 10am. I dont see how these people still have customers let alone still in business. Hands down the worst customer service experience in some time. I don't care what policy you put in place, you dont have the right to waste my time. Its not just an "inconvenience " maybe you should learn that.

I own a repair shop in Madison tenn I use store 1184 this store has went down hill. I spend a average of $3000 week and in the last few years things are terrible . I guess they don't inventory any more because on the website it shows in stock and I order it and it's not there this happens all the time now or you get parts that are old in the box or they don't have Driver's because the drivers don't stay because of the pay or when they pull parts they pull the wrong numbers and no one looks to see. I've been buying parts from them over 15 years and if it doesn't change then 2025 Advance auto will have my Business.

Wont be buying another thing from this company, and noone else I know will be either. Bought top of the line platinum battery for almost $300 in Sept 2021, 2 years later in October 2023 I had it warrantied due to failure, now its November 2024 and this battery is now dead too, and they say they cant do anything and I can buy a new battery. Ill tell you what, I wont be buying one here after 2 failed top of the line batteries in 3 years, and then telling me to just buy a new one. I used to buy all my parts here, Ill go a little further down the road to advance, this wouldnt have been an issue, there is NO reason to not take care of a customer with a bad 3 yr warrantied battery because the first one was bad too.
