I ordered on alternator days ago when I finally get in and get there. They did not order it plus they said it was a 250, something dollars. but when I get there, they quote me $379.

I like O'Reilly because they sell OEM parts, so naturally, I'll always go there. Usually always friendly people in there.
It doesn't make sense to be standing there ready to check out, and the person answer the phone and then proced to have a conversation about their needs. I was there already put them on hold.

Very awesome store. My warranty on my battery was out by like 3 days and they wouldn’t honor it.

They don’t want to actually work at this location and will look at you like you’re stupid when they’re just being lazy went to another location had everything I needed done in less then five mins

They might have moved but still not a gd place to get even basic parts unless you have the time to order then. 5 times in a row I struck out and had to go to Auto Zone down the street. I'll be going there first from now on. It seems like O'Reilly pretty much everywhere are becoming just like this one. I know both of the ones in Lebanon have fallen into this category as well. To bad, I used to prefer O'Reilly. And I get tired of being talked to like their doing me a favor by letting do business there. Hope this helps someone.

Bought a new car battery. The young employee installed not only the battery but also a battery terminal for me! Such great customer service, and I get a nationwide warranty. Why would I go anywhere else? Also picked up oil and a filter to do my own oil change. Gonna save a lot of money that way. The team was great at suggesting the best oil and parts for the job. I really appreciate their real world experience.

Wouldn’t honor battery warranty because it was 1 month from expiration. Probably assumed I’d buy a new battery from them but now I won’t be back for a battery or anything else.
Good thing autozone is right down the street.

Used the free diagnostic testing there and I think I was able to fix the problem from that for $13. Great resource for check engine lights.
