Super friendlyExtraordinarily helpfulVery honest too they could have tried to sell me the store, yet they told me what I needed and what I should wait on, and I highly respect them for that.Otc has been phenomenal all the way aroundAnd I'm actually proud to say that I'm a student there because of just the decency every staff member has treated me with makes me know that they really want their students to do well without too much hassle.So if the people working there sees this I wanna thank yall again publicly so people can feel the sincerity in this review.Cause I'm brutally honest in my reviews and I have not one bad thing to say except classes need to hurry and get here cause I'm excited to start!!

Pretty bad selection of books overall, it just for class books, has way too overpriced electronics all around, basically scalping/ripoff prices, but has some decent snacks, but overpriced jerky for the amount. Books are also overpriced and can be found online for free. Staff was good at doing their job.

I went to school briefly, was invited to church by 2 different teachers. This school isn’t capable of following their own rules. I shouldn’t have to pay for going to school here but I did. This tells me that they are mainly after money. I’ll pray for you disrespectful religious people. God Bless.

Global crisis truly reveals chatacter. This school has always been a mess even back when I attended for just 2 semster before saying enough is enough. Never help anyone you dont intend on helping pay for school until theyre done because they will save your cred card info and charge it even after you delete it. They'd rather take your money and the food out of your mouth during lay offs and global crisis than admit fault. If youre a rural student, be prepared to pay double the price for a VERY mediocre education. Save your time and money and just go to Missouri State. They are helpful, provided tons of resources, and offer a great education, unlike, "OTC."

I love the bookstore so much, they have the best employees there. When I get stuck on finding items or books, the employees do not hesitate to help me. There is an employee named George that’s always taking care of new students that come in the bookstore, and he is very good at taking student pictures, so if you ever come across him, please have him take your picture for you. The bookstore sells all kinds of merchandise, so let’s say you want to grab a snack, wanting some new clothes or feeling a little down, the bookstore offers snacks clothes(with our OTC eagle on it) and all sorts of things! So if you ever have the chance please by the bookstore, you won’t regret walking there! They are the best!

I’ve never had a single good experience at this book store but everything elsewhere because they don’t know what they are doing they don’t send you any emails on where your stuff is. This place is such a mess

Why are you not doing buy backs at all campuses this semester? there are students who live to far to drive to Springfield, and you have to meet a limit to get free shipping? what a joke.

Can find better prices online (unless fasfa funded). Sell back rate is horrid. We all know college book stores are for profit and not for students.
