I had a horrible experience. I'm a single mom who works hard for my money. I came in bc my place was closed. I spent 80 bucks altogether. I asked the lady working how to position my hand and she didn't know and I was told to figure it out. Then on the second tan, she told me she's sorry it's her first week. It was horrible. .Consistently bad customer service. Lady at the front talks with customers for like 30 mins about unrelated stuff everytime without any regard for others waiting. Thid time she Put me in a bed that didn't work even tho she said she knew it didn't work and then made me wait for her to ring up and talk about bs with a customer that was there after me. Consistently rude everytime I'm here and just general lack of intelligence in regards to customer service. Most other places have uou put in a number and click a few buttons and you're good but something about this girl makes her think people want to spend an hour in a tanning salon.

This is a wonderful place! Manager Ashley was so helpful and sweet and even calling on the phone they are so nice. The spray tan machine is the BOMB!

i was trying to see f my tanning from pa could be shared. me in missouri. the woman didn’t kno me anything about store in pa. even after o gave them the phone number and address. she needed info i did t have but she wasn’t trying to do any foot work for me herself. glad suntastic is always n open n is. swearing. they got my tanning package arranged to go ton in springfield. i’m sos sharply thank you so much

literally the worst tanning place. they sell you on something and then sign you up for it when you don't even want it. i tanned 3 times and cancelled my membership and now i have lost almost $200 off this stupid place. seriously don't go here unless you want to lose money.

They will rip you off any chance they get! Either by taking too much money out of your bank acct for membership fees & then refusing to give it back to you. Or else by cutting your time short in the bed. They also will sometimes not put any tanning product in the spray tan booth so you come out the same color as you went in, & if you say something they tell you it takes a couple hours for it to darken up. Which it won’t because you essentially got sprayed with a clear moisturizer. You never knew if you were going to actually get a tan or your skin was just going to be sticky & pale after getting a spray tan there. Such a shame.

This place is so awful. They have new workers every week and none of them ever know wtf they are doing. The spray tans are awful and wayyy overpriced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME + MONEY!! They have a bunch of "rules" they never tell you about either so you get roped into staying in a package with them wasting a bunch of money. I am a college student and it really upset me that they refused to refund me or cancel my service when I asked because of their "rules". There a a few nice workers but most are young arrogant girls who refuse to wear masks and act like serving you is a huge chore. Sorry to inconvenience you all with my hard earned money! Good luck in the real world, lol.

Katie (manager) has put together a helpful team who are willing to answer even the most ignorant questions (and I had a LOT when I started). They are eager to get you the service wanted rather than just selling you packages or products.My wife and I have used them for quite a while and plan on continuing into the foreseeable future.
