The docks can be tight depending on the door. A safety vest is strictly required. There is a porta john near the docks. Recent experiences are reported as pleasant, with old negative reviews no longer reflecting the current friendly staff.

I read the reviews and was really dreading this receiver ! BUT! Staff was friendly , got in a door right away . Checked in at 6 am bills in hand at 7:30 am ! Plenty of room . Seemed well organized to me ! Happy Trails

There is no parking for overnight stay here, but the receiving person is very nice. My appointment was at 6:00 am. I check in at 5.50 am and within 20 minutes they gave me the door and I checked out at 6:50 am . Unloading is super fast

If I could give it 0 that's what I would give it 6:00 a.m. appointment parked out on the road at midnight there was already a line of trucks in front of me took till 6:30 to get into the receiving office and it is now 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon waiting on paperwork 8 hours so far.
