The best business practice I can think of is answer the phone after 5 minutes of ringing, then hang up. lol. You may try to clear out the background noise if that’s how the grooming service desk operates. I get being busy, wasn’t an issue holding. But it was an issue when I was hung up on by someone who doesn’t think about what is going on in the background first. Every. Single. Time. It’s a phone, not a snake.

Employees making fun of customers is disrespectful and disgusting behavior. When I reported this behavior to the manager up front on my way out she said what? Sarcastically and disbelieving. I expect better behavior from the manager. I will not be returning and this review will be posted to social media as well.

I was uninformed about their policy for cat grooming services and did not get any forms of notification prior the schedule appointment time. Refused and blacklisted my pet from getting grooming services with them. We have 2 petsmarts in Springfield, MO and the Campbell location is the only one that provides cat grooming services so there’s 0 options for me.

Everyone at this location is so kind and helpful. I visit a lot finishing up adoptions for a local rescue, always clean and well stocked.

Last night, I placed an online order for a bag of dog food and called to confirm that they received it. They assured me that my order would be ready in the morning.
However, when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes, only to be informed that they didn’t have the dog food in stock and that there was no one available to process my order. I walked over to the dog food section and found it right there, despite being told otherwise. While the worker who eventually helped me was very nice, this experience has led me to decide not to return for any pet purchases. Instead, I will go to PetCo. 🙂

(Forgive me if I get the name wrong), but Annie helped me get my cats food delivered on time! When Doordash was giving me the runaround, the store got it taken care of on my behalf. Fantastic service.
