Even though I have to drive farther for my pet needs... I'm overall happy with my visits to this store. The staff is very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. I always get great customer service!

Was an ok visit, of course the feeder fish have a sickness like always .
Had an empty 40gal tall so got 2 baby albino Oscar, I've had a black one I bought from here 5 years ago hes always been healthy and now hes at 13 inch in his huge tank. So I'm hopeful for these two to grow and stay healthy aswell.

I went to purchase a dog kennel today, when I walked in I asked if they price matched. The cashier asked a manager he said they do but not Amazon or EBay. No problem I wasn’t trying to match either one of them. So I get my dog food along with the kennel when I get up front and start to pay I reminded her that I was price matching. I show them the local ad and all of a sudden they said it has to be the exact brand they carry. Retailers normally carry their own house brand which is what I was trying to match. Long story shortened they don’t honor or backup what they say, price matching

Only pretty store that carries our brand Open Farm, it's been so nice to pick up in person than order online. They carry almost the full line of products we need as well as many other things we don't need but always walk out with buying more, like treats and toys lol

I’ve always had a good experience at the Pet Supplies Plus off Kearney and Kansas. They have a young lady there that is extremely knowledgeable in fish and other pets and is easy to talk with. Another young lady at the register helped me figure out how to access my rewards on my app and was very patient lol. The man at the register is always friendly and knowledgeable as well. Always a positive experience and competitive pricing.
