Everytime I have ordered online they are always out of everything the last time this happened was when they were promoting the new app I vowed to not shop here anymore its just too much trouble when you arrive thinking your pick up will be ready and no one knows anything about it then they realize oh we were out of everything you ordered then it takes a week to get your money back its just not worth the trouble anymore

They were the only pet supplies plus in Springfield that had a cat seresto collar, I called them to hold it for me which they said they did and it was gone by the time I got there.

Great customer service!
Their prices are very competitive, especially with their ongoing promotional sales on different products. I am a frugal shopper, so before I purchase most items, I compare Pet Supplies plus prices with their competitors.
Nine times out of ten, I end up going to Pet Supplies Plus.

Pet Supplies Plus newest location on Sunshine is amazing! Great store with everything your pets need (or want!). Now that the parking lot and sidewalk are finished, it's easy access. The people are great ~ your dog or cat or snake will love this store!

I go into petsway on glenstone looking for a female guppy notice the ones that are there are male when marked as female, ask if they have female. States they have to sell the male as female since that is how they are sent. Just be careful when bu fish from here if you are wanting a specific one. (Male or female)

Over 4 days we had 5-6 fish die most of them guppies but we have had 4 live not guppies but purchased same time still alive so yesterday my husband takes receipt to get exchanged but they wouldn't because he didn't separate fish and tank water told him no replacement so he buys more fish costing more money and has to go back to get others exchanged so another trip I don't feel like it he should have to make multiple trips over inexpensive dead fish been coming here for years but don't think we will be back taking our fish ,dog and cat business elsewhere.
