Parking is very easy. 75% is reserved, $23, enforced. Shower is good. Water is hot and normal. Beer 🍺 is available.

After fueling,i Buy the cigarettes in the counter,it seems like they do not like sell the cigarettes to people,I use my rewards card although buy 10 packages not 20 still have the highest price.i do not know why they do not like to sell the cigarettes to the customer,Very sad service。The counter service personnel have very serious racial discrimination, which is very unacceptable in the Flying J service philosophy

Ive driven 20 yrs otr and have to say I was very impressed and greatful for the experience KAYLA provided me. She provided exceptional service, and knew exactly how to assist me with my dilema. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Hats off to you Pilot and especially Kayla. Keep it up, we need you out here

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The pump would not take my phone # for the 10 cent discount. I hit the call button requesting help. No one showed up so after a few minutes I went inside to ask for help. They said someone would be out. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. Went back inside and was told someone would be out. Finally an older gentleman showed up and said he didn't know anything about the rewards program. He went back inside and came back to tell me to enter my phone #. I explained I had tried that he said try it again. It still didn't work and he left. I went inside to talk to the manager and I spoke with a Shirley who said she was the manager. She also told me I had to put my phone # in. I said I had tried that and she said there was nothing she could. So I drove down the road and spent $80 for gas at another station. If someone from corporate is reading this I would like for them to contact me.

I love Flying J's. Always so welcoming. Always so interesting. This particular one just of I44 is a truckers truck stop. Special shower. Special amenities. Trucker supplies. All kinds of truck cab friendly food including healthy choices. For the average civilian raid warrior such as myself they offer good gas prices, a Wendy's, nice food Mart, nice bathrooms and, as mentioned, ample opportunity to people watch.

Pulled into this Flying J tonight to shower and fuel up. Was told that the store was closed due to a lack of power, yet the main sign, the store itself and the pumps are all lit. What a total crock. Corporate was of no use either as they said they could not override the store manager, who all by the way was no where to be found. Loves is my stop of choice.
