“Save” yourself the TROUBLE don’t shop here!Prices are high for the poor quality.I shopped there because I’m often in college nearby. But I’ll never go back. Half their staff are rude and don’t want to be there. (Mike the manager is especially judgmental and uninvolved.) Some employees are kind and make an effort. Those are the ones I feel sorry for breaking their backs for that scummy place.Their reputation has been that for years! It will never change.

When shopping in-store, their customer service is exceptional. Cashier Jeanie was impressive today as she was able to demonstrate her knowledge and skills in checkout. So appreciated.

Regular prices can be high but when things go on sale which they do frequently, the sales can be AMAZING. I check their meat prices almost weekly as well adjust check what other specials are up. Produce section is okay but I feel the quality of some of it could be better. I have seen better quality elsewhere. That said they cary some produce that you may not find everywhere such as Serano and Habanero peppers. Their beverage area is also unmatched with some brands that aren't carried everywhere including many energy drink varieties and a robust wine and spirits section spanning almost an entire corner of the store.Needless to say they are mainstay for my schedule in my local area.

Usually all is great at this price cutter and the ladies in barrels are such an asset to this location.But...... when management feels the need to barricade barrels when there isn't Staff at barrels makes us paying and honest patrons quite inconvenienced and offended that we can't get what we need. I would rate it lower for this but it wouldn't be fair to the assets you have and take advantage of!

Nice store and all are nice to me and helpful except for one that's usually at the customer service desk when she's there. I refuse to let her help me again. She's done me dirty a few times and I can't stand looking at her anymore. I don't know her name,but she won't ever give me change. She's the only person in the whole store who won't give me change and I end up having to get in line and wait for a checker to do it for me. Customer service desk should be taking care of that hence the name "customer service desk" right? I don't have her name, but she looks like the lady on the old card game Old Maid...If she's working I turn around and wait in line with a checker and don't even mess with purchasing my show me cash tickets...

I like the store and people, but they often forget to charge the mobility carts overnight, and I need one. It's so simple to just plug them in. It's happened twice so far in 2023.

I moved nearby a couple of years ago. It’s absolutely stupid how much expired food I have to throw away from this location. Avoid dairy and meat products altogether here.

Shocked potentially former customer (me):“I have a standard, off-the-shelf, $10 cake in my online cart right now. As I go to pay, I see a $5 fee. What is Price Cutter thinking?? If I call in the order in the morning, I'm going to take time away from the order taker's tasks, along with tying up the order taker's ability to bake and serve in-store customers. Online shopping is supposed to cut down on everyone's time spent and effort--including your manager--when I call up tomorrow, and after ordering over-the-phone--to avoid the fee, I'm going to demand to speak with a Manager, as this $5 fee business is insane and needs to be addressed at every level. Does Walmart charge a service fee when I save them time by ordering online? No. I may end up going to Walmart, as your company seems to prefer reducing your online business, rather than increasing it. Walmart has a bakery, and they are probably priced the same... Did I miss something, or did Price Cutter just tell me to take my business, along with the business of my Google following to a store with an online presence, other than Price Cutter?”Update: after reading the recent comments regarding spoiled food, I’m lowering my rating.

Weekly deals on fruits and veggies excite me, love how I can get mangoes and avocado in a very decent prices. Clean place, staff are very friendly and helpful. Fast checkout!

You know I've been in here multiple times, 1 there's a older lady that works the register and she's very rude and just throws you stuff at you, 2nd I was in there just now and my uncle whoms not all there knocked something over and they have a big white guy and a black guy and some chick come up to him like there's no reason to call someone out like that he can't help it I understand that I should have had kept a better eye on him but it's just sad what these ppl do and how they treat someone whoms not all there will not be back to this location and it's sad cause it's so close to my house.
