Placed a pickup order. Worse idea ever. I waited 15 min, the email for pickup wasn’t clear and said to wait on the west side of the building, and then the young guy was not gentle putting groceries in my car. I have better luck at other stores, but this was supposed to be “quick and convenient”.

I had a few large fried chicken orders here over two days. I had an amazing experience. Levi was very pleasant to work with and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the experience I had. From the phone call to my very last pick up of chicken he was spectacular.

Just so we are clear I’ve been a price cutter costumer for almost 20 years. Came in around 8 am bought 400 in groceries and nobody was at the checkout spot. I asked the guy in customer service why was there not anyone to help me check out. He told me I could check out with him but that was even more limited space. So I proceeded with self check out. The computer kept freezing and at one point they couldn’t fix it. It froze bc of unknown item and all I was trying to do is check out ground duck . I asked the manager why wasn’t anyone in checkout and she said they had one but all lights were off and they should have been there by 7:30. I was checking out at 8:30 am. The guy with customer service then started checking people out at the reg checkout spot after grabbing a draw. So with it being down I had to check out with him after 10 mins of them trying to fix it. Moral of my argument I had 400 in groceries and should never had to go through self checkout! I use to like this price cutter but with bad management, employees and over prices they lost my business. Some of you are on point but over the years some departments have lost my respect.

Carded for an energy drink at 40 years old. Lady was rude. Had to run out to my car to get my i.d. I will never go back here. Theres no law for this. It was a sour patch soda energy drink.

I have had too many bad experiences here so I won't be going back. I bought some chicken breast here which was ridiculously priced to begin with. The very next day when I went to cook it the nasty stuff was already rancid. Disgusting! Unfortunately I had thrown my receipt away so I couldn't get my money back. The employees are rude! Not all of them but too many. They never have wipes at the entrance to clean the nasty carts. I very politely mentioned this to one of the employees. She looked at me like I was a complete idiot and very rudely told me she had never seen those before......ever.. So I asked why they had dispensers for them at the entrance if they weren't meant to have wipes in them and she ignored me and went back to doing what she was doing. This is disgusting in this day and age with all of the communicable diseases that are out there. Give me a break people! I don't know how this place survives. It's ridiculous and even before inflation went up even more thanks to the dumb tariffs the place was way overpriced. I've said what I needed to say.

I am stunned by their pricing. In fact, I find it insulting and have officially vowed never to shop there again. BTW I live across the street. I'm aware that they cost more and have accepted it out of convenience. But what I'm finding is that it makes more sense to go the extra mile rather than run across the street quick. I would say 4 out of 5 times their bread is stale, their bakery department is pathetic and their pricing is embarrassingly high. Last night I ran across the street for yogurt, Fage, a quart container of the 5% was OVER $10 a container and the 2% was over $9. In a time when everything is so shockingly expensive - to extort your customers is a disgrace. EVEN the HY_VEE was cheaper, they had it for $6.99 & walmart sells it for $6.44. Price CUTTER - implies the prices are CUT - evidently it is a misnomer. Ain't a bit of price cutting happening here. Move on.

I shop here often lately it's been a struggle to get good service. Today was great in the meat department scott was amazing. However when I went to check out register 2 at 4:15 pm I asked the lady not once but twice how her day was going she just stared at me. I asked her to eave our drinks out she straight up ignored me. I don't think I will be back i myself am in customer service we all have bad days but after being ignored 3 times I'm done.

I've shopped here every week for quite some time. I believe I'll start going up the street to HyVee. The people here are always in a rotten mood and usually don't care if i get what I came for. The folks at hyvee are usually friendly, in my experience.

Lots of things going on here that I personally disagree with. While working for them I was written up and yelled at by the store manager because I needed to stay home with my sick baby that was running a high fever. I also was only a fill in and didn’t have many hours to begin with because of my busy mom life. So this caught me off guard.
Run fast the other way if you ever get a call to work here!
