Don't bring your tax work to these people. In 4 months that they had our paperwork they did nothing. Said they would put in for an extension and didn't even do that and now because of this business incompetence we now are being penalized by are irs. Beware. This company will cost you money in fines.

Eileen (and everyone who worked on my tax file with her) did a great job. I have used 4 accountants over the past 15 year. All of whom we knowledgable, but none who took the time to truly teach me about my taxes, how to track throughout the year, explain rules, and give ideas, etc. I am so happy with the outcome. She is someone I can have a relationship with throughout the year, not just at tax time. I know this will benefit my business in so many way. And she fee was less than anyone else I have used. I am thrilled to have finally found "the one".

Eileen is absolutely amazing! Not only does she help out our family owned business by saving us tons of money with taxes, she also is one of our loyal customers! We have been working with her for 3 years now and it is always a quick and easy process. She is extremely fair on her pricing and finds so many ways to help us save money and make money! I had wonderful experiences working with Eileen at Pro Tax Consultants!!! Eileen is very professional. She had my best interest at heart and saved a lot of money for me!!! She listened to what I want to achieve in the future and gave me suggestions on finance planning. She is very efficient too. Unlike before with other companies, I had to wait till October for my taxes to be done, my taxes were done in one week. This is just unbelievable. The staff here are also very very friendly. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Pro Tax Consultants to everyone!!! Try them! You will not regret!!!

Maybe i am overreacting. The way I was treated I felt it was a bother for them to do my taxes they seemed more concerned with the payment then the service they provide. They were eventually nice after the payment was cleared for there services rendered and politely asked us to come again next year as we walked out the door

Worst company to deal with for tax returns . Moved out of Springfield to a different city in Missouri and needed a copy of my last years return and spoke to Sandy the most unprofessional person to deal with and she told me it was her busy time of year and didn’t have time to take a few minutes to accommodate me . Then rudely hung up on me . Would not recommend doing business with this company !
