Vinyasa Flow Hot Yoga using Infrared heating technology. Over 30 classes a week are offered from beginner to advanced. $5 Community Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30. We are also a registered yoga school (RYS) with Yoga Alliance and offer a 200 hr Teacher Training program 2 times a year. We are located in the beautiful new Galloway Creek Lots on Lone Pine Ave. Babysitting is offered at majority of our classes.
Highly recommend taking Macy’s class. I always leave feeling mentally and physically revived. Morgan and Jenna are incredibly too! Favorite part of every week is this awesome studio for almost 5 years now.
