Exceptional service. Quality work. We have brought two vehicles here in the last six months due to teenage blunders. The owner is professional and fair with pricing. We were visiting from Illinois and damaged our front end. We called Quality Auto Works, and they invited us to come over right away to see what they could do to help us. They repaired our car the following morning and had it done within just a few hours for a very reasonable price. They turned what seemed like a major issue into a minor inconvenience. I'd been referred to them by 2 PDR guys in Springfield. It was my second (and lower) estimate. My car was gone for 4 days and came back looking better than before it was hit. They touched up all the scuffs and scrapes, (along with the dents it got in the accident) all over my car! I didn't even ask or actually realize till I was loading up groceries the next day. I had to get some work fixed from a previous shop. The owner walked me through what was needed and we discussed pricing and what my options were. Got my car back Monday and it looks fantastic.
