Had qnatal NIPT drawn here and he asked if we wanted to know the sex of our baby, which we clearly and enthusiastically said yes to. Got my results and it says we opted out.

I came close to closing time with complicated orders and Nicole and Melani - though a bit overwhelmed and understandably a bit frustrated - worked together as a team to get all but one lab done. Melani had to enter TWO sets of orders (20 TESTS EACH!) by hand, among other things, while Nicole prepared, labeled, and drew my blood flawlessly. SIXTEEN TUBES! They stayed late and I will be forever grateful for their help in getting me the answers I needed in a very long complicated health battle that has changed my life forever.
Thank you ladies! I know it was a rough night for all of us, but, as a provider myself, it is people like you that make me thankful for my patients... We need that patience, hope, and determination in moments like this and y'all did it. Good on you!

No help at all if you have a question. All they do is refer you to their website which freezes up half the time. Terrible service.

I had a question after signing in, and when I asked the woman, and that came out, she informed me that I needed to sign in (after I told I did) refused to answer my question. I'll never step foot in this Quest Diagnostics again. That woman needs to learn manners.

I had Cameron today and he was amazing. First time having my blood drawn and he got it in one stick. I’ve tried at my Drs office once before and they couldn’t find my veins. I will come back here to see Cameron!

This place is tucked in on the side of the building just off national. It is handicap assessable, and they got me right in. It is clean and efficient. The parking lot is very large.

I have lab work done at Smith-Glynn- Callaway every 6 months and I have always had excellent service, along with kind smiles and pleasant voices. The lab staff are timely and very professional. I couldn’t ask for more.
