I hope one day my doctors office goes back to handling lab work internationally. Thankfully I get physicals through my employer and don't have to pay two separate entities for a routine physical exam.

Would have handled internally, but they provide no contact. Old dude driving their company car, fleet number 80412, needs a lesson on driving. He was getting on National from James River, we all had right of way going north on National, he left the offramp in front of traffic, crossed all three lanes, missed hitting three vehicles, never had turn signals on and never even acted like he cared that all of us were honking at this disrespectful driver. Does this reflect on the business? Of coarse it does. Do better.

I'm so infuriated right now. I had an NIPT test here and when he asked if we want to know the sex, we enthusiastically and clearly said YES. Then I get my results and it says we opted out. Wtf!!!!!

I had blood drawn several times here years ago and besides the same test with the same insurance being a different cost each time I went, everything else was fine. Not great but fine. I have to do a drug screen for a job and went in. The hours given to me by the hiring company were until 4:30. I left work early to get there by 4 so I would have time. I went in and they said they cut off drug screens at 3 because it could take me 3 hours to produce a sample... The manager I spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I unfortunately didn't get her name. But I will be using someone else tomorrow and will never use them again. There are plenty of other options. I even looked on their website and it says nothing about a 3:00 cut off time. So if I can't trust them to even give their hours correctly I sure don't trust them with my lab results.

They got me in quick and was over in less than 5 minutes but the downfall was I went in not once, twice but a third time because they were saying I didn’t pay for it, and my payment didn’t go through so the third time I finally got my confirmation that it went through, and I show her she tells me that I could have saved my money and went to a walk in they used insurance. So why couldn’t you tell me that before the two times I was in? Now I’m out $160 for a simple blood test. Extremely annoyed.

I had the best experience with Kendall. She was very, professional, and kind. Kendall went the extra mile and helped with an additional blood draw. Also, I didn't fill the needle when the blood was drowned Thank you, Kendall.

I did not have an appointment, but was a walk-in. I was expecting to have a bit of a wait, but that was not the case. I was inside for less than 5 minutes, I think, from initial sign-in to exiting! Very fast and efficient! Thanks so much ?

Scheduling an appointment was simple, check in was simple, the lady that called me back and did my labs was rude. She didn't say a word to me other than what she had to and she never smiled. She made it very uncomfortable.
