I was disappointed in the services that were provided to me. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was able to watch them through the window, the oil change was fine but they didn’t do the tire rotation correctly. Then at the end of the service they gave me a quote for coolant, transmission, brake bleed, front/rear differential, and transfer case services. The person at the front desk said the services are by mileage. But I already had most of these done already, so I know from that and watching them through the window that they didn’t bother to inspect these fluids correctly. I understand some can’t be inspected, but the coolant, brake fluid, and transmission could have. It looked like young adults were working on my vehicle which I don't have a problem with but you need to teach them properly. Or have someone with more experience working with them.

Maybe Corwin Ford should treat their customers more respectful and do not send them to QuickLane? I arrived with my car to Ford Service for schedule service and they said older cars are going to Quicklane....Sorry I was not sure my 9 years old prestine Ford is consider not worth of your time.
As a result I had to go to QuickLane as they request.:
- Arrived early, my car got to the garage 30 minutes late besides empty lines where kids (yes, those are the employees) are watching videos on their phones.
- Tire rotation was not performed even though I paid for it
- There was a lot of issues with properly process wheel alignment. First time, the kid (yes a kid) purposely messed up one of the wheel alignments and as a result wrong results were send to me. I said to them no way and re-do it. Redone was performed and everything was fine then.
- Grownups are working at the counter when some kids are working in the garage (no skilled employees)
- My car seat, steering wheel and door were dirty in some dark dust and I had to stop by gas station and get some wipes to clean it and wash my hands which smelled after touch it.
Your lost my respect to You Corwin, Good Luck to your business!

Had an appt for 11:00. Got there 10 mins early. At 11:30 my truck hadn’t moved. Went to counter and and I got an “oh, your are next” but ok course lunch is about to happen. Asked is I want to reschedule and the answer is never. Quick Lane is a lie. Bring Friendly back. Corwin is worthless.

I have gone here ever since it was Friendly Ford. I have bought all of my vehicles from this location as well, but the service I received this last time was not what I have come to expect. I called multiple times asking for an appointment and was told I didn't need one and they didn't do appointments... first come first serve. I assumed after all of these years they just stopped taking appointments. So, I arrived on a Saturday at 07:50 in the morning for an oil change with only one car in a bay, and one other customer in front of me. I was told that they were so booked with appointments that they wouldn't be able to help me, what's wrong with that statement after what I was told above? There was only one car in the first bay, and one other customer waiting in the waiting area. When I became upset, and rightfully so, they told me they could make it right, but if they truly cared they would have made it right to begin with when I am a loyal customer. Long story short, I will not be treated like this with the amount of money I have spent with Corwin Ford. I will take my business somewhere else.

This place has it all: high repair prices and long waits! Don't let the name fool you! Quick Lane is a misnomer. From the moment you walk in to check in at the counter of disinterested gentleman (who are much more interested in finishing their breakfast, or gazing at their cell phones), to the four hour wait to have a flat repaired, you know you are in the presence of a "Corwin" owned operation. Negative stereotypes come to Corwin to be reinforced, and this service department certainly doesn't disappoint in that regard. All key elements of poor customer service are met with ease: Indifferent employees, high repair costs, and long wait times. Corwin continues its long tradition of placing its new and used car customers, squarely on the back burner of shoddy aftercare.

They balanced my tires when they did my oil change without me even having to ask. Great service!

I'm going to start off with saying I have purchased a few automobiles from corwin and was always impressed with the service I had received After purchasing my last vehicle from ford, I received so many free oil changes, so I have been using their quick lane for a while now and have never experienced any issues. The last time I took my vehicle through the quick lane, they came out with this whole list of things that needed to be done or things I needed to have replaced. One of those things that I was told I needed was an alignment. I said no at the time because I was short on funds. Fast forward about a month, and I stopped into a big named wheel and tire shop here in Springfield to have an alignment done. The mechanic there came up to me with a printed out report and said my alignment was spot on.There is nothingg wrong with it and sent me on my way free of charge. Feels to me that Ford tried to rip me off.Service: Oil change
