This place has it all: high repair prices and long waits! Don't let the name fool you! Quick Lane is a misnomer. From the moment you walk in to check in at the counter of disinterested gentleman (who are much more interested in finishing their breakfast, or gazing at their cell phones), to the four hour wait to have a flat repaired, you know you are in the presence of a "Corwin" owned operation. Negative stereotypes come to Corwin to be reinforced, and this service department certainly doesn't disappoint in that regard. All key elements of poor customer service are met with ease: Indifferent employees, high repair costs, and long wait times. Corwin continues its long tradition of placing its new and used car customers, squarely on the back burner of shoddy aftercare.

I'm going to start off with saying I have purchased a few automobiles from corwin and was always impressed with the service I had received After purchasing my last vehicle from ford, I received so many free oil changes, so I have been using their quick lane for a while now and have never experienced any issues. The last time I took my vehicle through the quick lane, they came out with this whole list of things that needed to be done or things I needed to have replaced. One of those things that I was told I needed was an alignment. I said no at the time because I was short on funds. Fast forward about a month, and I stopped into a big named wheel and tire shop here in Springfield to have an alignment done. The mechanic there came up to me with a printed out report and said my alignment was spot on.There is nothingg wrong with it and sent me on my way free of charge. Feels to me that Ford tried to rip me off.Service: Oil change

Have been using quick lane since purchasing the diesel vehicle new. Requested 5/40 synthetic since first oil change. Used wrong 10/30 conventional oil twice now (7th oil change). Waited over 2 hours each time. Changing service company.Service: Oil change

Miserable experience! would give zero stars Had a recall on a part on my car so scheduled an appt at 8:30 am. Service provides a text with a link so you can see your cars progress. 6 1/2 hours later, no progress whatsoever so I call to say forget it & im on my way. Service dept says that they had JUST started but could put it all back together if I still want to pick up. I reluctantly said to continue. Car was ready at 4:15. Nearly EIGHT HOURS! No one said when I scheduled that 8:30 was just a drop off time. AWFUL COMMUNICATION. I wasted an entire day when it should have only been two hours. Will never return and never recommend!

I bought a used Tacoma from the ford dealer. With that purchase they gave me free oil changes and tire rotations, I run royal purple oil in my vehicles. The first time I took my vehicle to this quick lane after 2 hr wait they didn’t change my oil or rotate the tires. I mentioned it to the manager that I had my tires numbered and my drain plug marked, also the oil didn’t have a purple tint on the dip stick. Which I provided the royal purple oil. The manager looked and had them buy me more royal purple oil and changed it while filming them also I watched. This time the oil did have the correct color tint and they asked for the wheel lug nut key to rotate the tires. The second time I took the truck to them they did rotated the tires and drained my oil but didn’t put the royal purple in the truck that I again purchased. Instead the manager came out and said idk why but it doesn’t have a purple tint. If you drain a vehicle and put royal purple oil in it, it will have a purple tint. So I’m know they used the shop oil and not mine. So some mechanic in there either kept my oil or threw it away. This is the last time I will ever go here.Services: Tires

Took my car in because a bolt had fallen out underneath the car. I had zip tied it up and told them this was the problem. Since it was there, I had oil changed and tires rotated. After I got home I checked on their work. The zip tie was still holding the portion of the underpanel up. I also noted that they had added a $7.00 charge to the oil change and tired rotation for miscellaneous services.Services: Tires
