Nothing in stock. Their website in store pick up is useless. Inventory said they had 3 pair in stock at the Battlefield Mall. AFTER the website let me purchase the shoes, went to pick them up and they were like “yeah that’s always wrong”
Won’t bother with this place anymore!

Worst place ever! We were visiting from South Dakota. I went in to buy my daughter her first pair of Nike shoes and decided to get myself the same pair. So I had to grabbed my size in the women’s section, not thinking about double checking both shoes. The girl said she checked both shoes and I went to leave and the alarm went off. So I walked back up and she said I looked at both of the shoes and didn’t see anything. Great! Got back to South Dakota to not only find a sensor on the one shoes, but they also gave me two left feet, one left male size and one left female size shoe. I called customer service to resolve my problem and they said they would have to send in a dispute to return the shoes and I’d have to rebuy them and they would give me 10 dollars off, what a freaking joke. Not only that, they told me someone would call me in two business days to let me know that the return label was sent, I called them Thursday and we are now on Tuesday. I called back and spoke with this rude lady who made no sense and ended up talking to supervisor Greg who was also clueless on how to resolve my problem. FedEx is down and I can’t get you a return label. Like how does that even happen. Greg also told me once the fedex label was printed and ready to go he would follow up with me. Looked in my email and there was a return label, but no call. This place is terrible and I do not recommend shopping here, clueless at its finest.

Disappointed in the service and all the catches in thier bogo promotions. Spent 30 minutes looking for shoes after they explained the promotion, went to check out to find it was opposite of what they explained. Done with them.
