I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ? I walked in at 2:40 this past Sunday afternoon and a guy walked in behind me to get coffee. I walked up to the counter & a lady employee walked past me saying nothing and disappeared. The man at the counter NEVER acknowledged me as I stood there watching him looking at something on his phone near the window. The man getting coffee walked out without paying and the bell went off as the door opened when he left. THE MALE EMPLOYEE NEVER LOOKED UP. I announced I was going somewhere where SOMEONE would wait on me & I left. This clerk is a disgrace to the company. I HATE this store.

Take your business elsewhere! Store is filthy, the cashiers are rude and there’s a lot of people hanging out begging. Would rather run out of gas than give them any business

Didn't like them on 9/11 when they price gouged. Latest scam is $2 air from a machine that doesn't work and refunds are impossible. Proceeds go to charity LOL wonder what a search would say about the "charity".

Lousy customer service. Won't darken their doorway again. Kum and Go is much, much better in terms of friendliness and customer service.

Every time I have a scratch off winner or ticket from one of the games, they seem to never have enough cash to give over 100 dollar bill. If you can't trust your clerks, or management, then you have the wrong individuals working for you.

Great gas prices at Rapid Roberts, this one is the same in that respect. The cashier ignored me when I said good morning as I came in the door. Bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper, they toilet was super dirty. Trash bags set on the trash cans outside, should have been thrown away by early morning, but wasn't, so get gas, use your card and go, I wouldn't support the inside, nor trust things are clean.

Pumps are older and store was okay. CLerk was the best part because he was super nice even though I was having an off day and kept having issues with multiple things
