*hit show.. by the reviews I read it doesn't seem like contacting the boss is going to help either.
My husband went in for coffee he normally gets when going in to work, the third evening the store was "out of creamer" one dispenser isn't marked and he got half and half on accident last time.
He let the cashier know they were out of French Vanilla creamer and she told him he could get the hazelnut. Okay, so he grabs a baggy to throw creamer containers in a bag so he could get to work. The cashier asked him, is that all creamers?
Yes. He opens the baggy to show her.
She teaches her hand in the bag and said, No way you are taking that many creamers. Well your dispenser is out. So do I get a free coffee? No. she proceeds to take away the coffee from him. And tell him "I don't have to sell you this coffee" I'm ready to pay for it? What's the problem?
Pays and leaves. I've have 10+ years of customer service in restaurants and in corporate office, YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS IN THIS MANNER EVER! She should be fired or reprimanded in some way for her horrible display. I know if I treated someone like this at work I would have been let go or placed on a temporary leave.

We have been coming here for years because they have frozen Coke but over the weekend they tried to charge me $5 for a 52ozfrozen Coke refill and large Coke. I was just in there the day before and it was 3 dollars and some change for the same order and it wasn't a refill. Customer service has really gone down hill. The girl that wanted to charge me $5 has charged me 3 dollars before so what gives. We were longtime customers but you have prices your drinks out of our business. Oh and my wife goes and gets a xl frozen Coke in the mornings and the manager charges her less than 2 dollars for it.

I wasn't very happy with the service today from a long haired guy rolled his eyes at me not once but twice while trying to buy a vape I had my son with me and he asked a minor for some ID cause I was buying a vape so I will be calling the owners on this cause he don't need a job

I was not surprised when I saw the amount of bad reviews for this location. I unfortunately live right down the street and being in a family with only one vehicle and forced to walk to this location on a regular basis for necessities and almost everybody that works there is rude, they have things mis marked price wise and then it’s your fault for some reason. The people are crap the facilities are crap the gas is crap and if you can at all go ANYWHERE else.

On 8/14/24 I was in a borrowed car that didn't have a working gas gauge and was travelling south on 65 just after midnight. Unfortunately the car ran out of gas just north of the sunshine exit on 65. I managed to roll my car to Rapid Roberts and was able to pull straight up to a pump. This was my first mistake, Kum n go was closer to the exit but I'd have had to turn left instead of right, even pushing the car out of the road would have had me home faster than going to Rapid Roberts.
Lo and behold, they aren't a 24 hours station. Well damn it is what it is.
I call roadside assistance and my phone died during the call. I decided to wait with the car thinking roadside might be on the way since they had gotten my address. (And because of the very large number of don't leave an unattended vehicle here signs) That was my second mistake.
At 3 am an employee shows up! Maybe I'm saved! I go up to the front and ask if they will be turning the pumps on soon, "no". Employee won't even look up from what he is doing.
Oh ok, "What time will they be on?" He tells me 5am and waves me away as if I'm a problem standing there with wallet in hand desperately just trying to get home.
"Is there any chance I could use a phone? Mine is dead and I'm stuck here out of gas." Absolutely not and waved me off again.
At 4am a second employee shows up, they seem to ask what's going on with me and the first employee who I later learned is named Bob, says something and they both turn and laugh at me and go back on with their night.
Bob takes a smoke break and stands out in front of me scrolling on his phone.
Just before 5 another employee shows up and they open the front doors and just leave them standing open for a few minutes while they finish getting the store opened
Bob and by his representation Rapid Roberts couldn't so much as loan me a phone for 30 seconds. Wouldn't even consider it. Not even if they can hold my wallet or phone while I call. Nothing.
If this rating could be a 0 it would be. When the pumps finally opened I spent the last $4 Rapid Roberts will ever get out of me, drove over to a Kum n Go and finished filling up the car and made it home at 540am.
Bob, may you never find yourself in the shoes I was in last night, and if you do, I hope the people you run into have an inkling of humanity still inside them for a stranger.

Got gas and was charged an extra $120 for a card fee, overdrew my account because who the hell budgets $150 for gas.Will never get gas here again

Beware: no changing station for infants. With an abnormally large restroom, there is no reason to not have one. Highly disappointed, especially being right off 65 South.

Terrible service. Little feminine guy with a mustache was absolutely in no hurry to help the 5 people in line behind the lady checking out that was buying lottery tickets and the other lady working there, that clearly saw the large line of customers, did not care about them waiting either as she swept the floor and avoided helping the customers that pay for their existence. Worst service ever. Go to the friendly gas station down the road instead, they actually value their customers. Date of visit 2/14/23 at 8:00pm

They close at 12 am I was getting out of my car at 11:30 pm about to pump gas and they shut the pump off.

Pumps here don't work. You squeeze trigger and it collapses. Done trying to get gas here, there's a kum and go three feet away that never has this issue.

Better than Kum & Go and cheaper than 90% of their products. Earn rewards on ALL purchases and better reward redemption options. The only thing lacking is a market-fresh center. If Rapids sold more hot and fresh food they would dominate the competition. Maybe they should combine forces with Casey's and together they would be this generations Git-N-Go. Lol
