Today 07/18/24, the man working about 8pm earned 1 star for looking down on me. I paid for my gas using my earned points. Just because I use my points instead of cash, doesn't mean I'm trash. Hire people for "customer service" that know how to treat people.

Came here to fill up, went inside and a customer was yelling at the poor guy working behind the counter. Was next in line and the cashier was friendly, and obviously didn’t get paid enough for that. Gave me my receipt and told me about the offers you can get with the kick back card. pleasant experience besides the yelling part

Wanted a sausage omelette and got a pancake, when I told the cashier the issue he just said okay, paid for something that I didn’t want. I said the sign said sausage omelette and he just said okay. Never coming here again

I stop every Friday to get 2 cartons of cigarettes and my gas. This is not the first time I asked for Pall Malls and I saw the manager had 1 carton left. He refused to sell them to me stating he didn't want to run out. I know they get their truck on Wednesdays why would you have ordered more than that??? I used to be a manger for this company and that is bad customer service!!!!

World's worst customer service I want money and told them that I had to come in to pick up the check and they said they would call me when it was ready to pick up the next day it's been over a week now and now they're telling me that I have to wait until Wednesday of next week because they sent it to the address I would not even give them a star of one the only reason I did is because I had to

Horrible customer service. We stopped to fuel up. My 2 year old needed her diaper changed (pee pee only) and there was not changing table. I decided to change her on the floor up front near the registers (I had a large changing pad). Tammy yelled across the store (I can't let you change her here". I said you don't have a changing table, where do you want me to change her. With a horrible attitude, she said, in your car". I said, "I just spent $50 on fuel and snacks, I'm going to cange my baby somewhere in this store. As a paying customer, I feel there should be a changing table somewhere in your store. Or at least provide a place I can safely change a diaper.

A great place, I stop by all the time. The stand alone pump doesn't always work for me. Glad it's my neighborhood gas station. Both the employees and other customers are nice to see and chat with. Most of them remember me. A little short staffed but they make it work.

I come here almost daily between getting my kids and going to work. I have never seen Rose before but when I asked her to change to pepsi she said "I have other customers, it'll be 15mims". Me and my daughter we're the only customers in the store but decided to just get somethineg else She was rude.

Stopped providing 93 octane. Very Aggravating as my car and serval others are tuned on 93.
