We’re here now and the prices are absolutely hysterical. We’re literally playing a game to see who can come the closest to guessing the outrageous prices of items and all laugh in shock when we reveal the actual price to each other! I don’t know who’s getting drunk and labeling prices, but you might wanna lay off the booze.

They literally have dollar store items with the original price tag and their prices are twice as much. I don't recommend shopping here OR donating to here as they do not actually do much to help our community. Thrift haven is a great place to donate and to shop! As well as donating to rare breed and harmony house. These places actually help our community

LOTS of FABULOUS finds!!! However, prices are WAY too high, especially on clothing and that’s not even considering that is used and some of it, while cute, isn’t in great condition.

Stopped in while in Springfield and was excited to see a sign on the door that all clothing and accessories were 50% off today (1/6/24). I did NOT see it stated that the sale didn't include blue tagged items. I found 3 pairs of really nice jeans, 2 of which were new with tags, and a couple tops.Got to the register and was only greeted with the cashier telling me the items with blue tags weren't part of the discount. What happened to "hello" and/or "how are you?"? Some better signage would be helpful. I purchased everything anyway. Also, no fitting rooms. I live out of state and would not be driving another 4 hours roundtrip within 7 days to return or exchange. Luckily everything fit.

Why are your used clothes that are donated so exspensive. I mean a used shirt their typical price is 12 dollars. I just bought brand new shirts at rue 21 for 5 dollars a piece. Im a vet and where is this money you donate to vets...cause id like my car fixed with your "donations". Stop gouging customers and sell your donated clothes cheaper. And can you please actually do something productive with "your money you help vets with". Or atleast be honest and stop advertising yourself as helping vets. Ridiculous. 12 to 16 dollars for a used shirt. Start actually helping the low income people who actually shop there and stop with your we donate to vets b.s. thx

This store is a terrible dissapointment to anyone who does thrift shopping very much. A lot of people thrift shop to save money. This is one place where that will not be happening much. Clothing prices are more than double their competetor just down the street (Goodwill) where you will find prices less than half. I found items the same price as Ebay and a couple within $5 of full retail price. Its ourtrageous. They have forgotten everything they get is free to them. Yet they choose to be greedy. It is rather unfortunate. I shop other places first when I need something, this place is the last place I go and I walk out all the time without buying many things I would have had the price been right.

Everytime I go there I say I will never go there again. Way over priced. No fitting rooms. Boycott this place.

Prices here are OUTRAGEOUS! 10+ dollars for USED tshirts with no designs? Used matchbox cars for 15$. 50$ for used canisters, 2 didn't even have lids. Many many DOLLAR TREE items marked up well over 50%. Never again.

Lots of interesting things to look at. So many different things for cheap prices. Even still good quality items. Most thrift stores have broken items all over the place or clothes with holes in them or buttons missing but most of the clothes there are in good condition. I have gotten quite a few cute things from this place! Definitely a good place to visit for cheaper items. I wouldn’t go here for anything in specific but it’s good for browsing general things and maybe picking up a thing or two that you like!

Love this place! Very well organized. As a disabled vet, I really appreciate the DAV Red Racks Thrift Stores! They support our causes.

We've lost another good one! I used to be a regular, for years. But the prices are outrageous now. (Laughable) The brand and condition does NOT make sense with the price. RIP Red Racks

Prices here are terminally disappointing. Average nearly 50% more than the other thrift stores in the area. For example clothes at least $8 over. A Kodak pulse digital frame double ebay multiple sellers. This is not the place to come unless you just want to pay a lot more. Red Racks gets everything free and while their are some bargains to be had, not as many as Goodwill for example, who have lower prices all around. I see many low income people coming in needing a bargain. They aren't going to find it here.

This is one of the biggest thrift stores i have seen in this area , and they have alot of things to choose from, of course i have over heard people talking saying things are cheaper at Wal-Mart. this will varies with each person. I truly liked it and i always will go here for the best selection of items i may need in the future .

Unaffordable used items. If you're looking to save money go buy items new. I was looking for some glassware. I found it for 20 dollars here and 10 dollars at Walmart. Why pay more for something used? Your business policy is out of touch.
