Prices are bad and some of the cashiers seem hateful and look mad. Quit your job if you don’t like people asking questions.

Wonderful costumer service!! Very friendly, I had a greeting as soon as I walked in and as I was leaving by the gentleman by the door. I almost left my phone and he even ran out to my car to make sure I didn't leave yet without it. The woman checking me out was so kind and conversational! I live out of town but I would love to come back again! The clothes and shoes are cute and range from multiple styles, anyone walking in would be able to find something they like.

A good day at Red Racks. Love the SUNDAY SALE. Miss the version that ended about 7 years ago, but still fair. Biggest complaint - and it is ongoing for months - there are staff members that pull SUNDAY SALE merch from floor up to 3 hours before closing time. Stop using sale as bait, w merch unavil, or at least rename it FIRST HALF OF SUNDAY SALE

I had a bad experience here years ago and left a bad review, but I let some time go by and I've started shopping here again regularly. It's all good.

I give this place a one star cause I didn’t like how they treated my best friend she is a hard worker she comes to work on time the manager and supervisor are rude to their employees, that’s not how to run a company they need to do better or hire someone who can handle this situation better if anyone applies here don’t waste your time, they don’t have respect for their employees who work there.

This store must have a new manager. Prices have skyrocketed from just one month ago. They were high before but are unreasonable across the board now. Do better, or take "thrift" out of your name. This inflation sure is hitting stores hard that have free goods to sell.

Awful, awful, awful. They are charging retail prices for used, donated items. Fantastically disconnected from realistic pricing. You're better off anywhere else.

The worst store I've ever visited. Yesterday, before making a purchase, I asked the supervisor where the fitting room was. She informed me that due to COVID, the fitting room was closed. I then inquired if I could take the item home to try it on, and if it didn't fit, could I return it. She assured me that I could. Today, when I attempted to return the purchased clothes, the manager, who had trained the supervisor, stated that they could not issue a refund but could only offer an exchange at this store or other Red Racks locations. I insist on a refund as I'm uncertain if I'll find something I like in other stores. Shoppers, beware of this store.

$10 for a donated dress tie
Nice place I guess but definitely not a thrift store.
