I go to thrift stores to find deals. If I want to pay more than new prices, I'll just buy new

Prices are ridiculous these days. Don't waste your time or money, you're better off going to Plato's closet or even TJ maxx or marshals

This is a good place as all the locations are. This one is a little small but it's a extremely good place it all depends on what you want and are looking for things are little bit more on the price

There were NO bargains in this store! Everything was priced OVER RETAIL. It was ridiculous! Never Again will we visit this store.

Ridiculously and I mean RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED!!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN! you can buy same stuff brand new for the prices they want on DONATED items. And don't even get me started on how corrupt the entire company is! 300,000,000 in the bank they have but we have starving and homeless vets! Do your research, they are a scam, a sham, a hustle, a total ripoff! And everyone just goes along with it. $93,000,000 this group of misleading con artists say they paid for PSA's as stated in their actual tax papers. How many red rack DAV commercials have you seen or heard. Google America's worst charities guess who made the list .

Nice selection of things in good shape, but prices are high.

I have shopped there very frequently, and have to honestly say they have good quality things but the prices are a bit much too high, but as a former store manager I know the profits that are made go to the Veterans, and also gives a great working environment and jobs to use Americans who need one.Tip: As the pricing team member, you are trained to go the highest price on each item. But if you truly want something and the price is just too high to afford, it won't hurt to just ask a supervisor or manager for the bottom dollar on items. Many times the items have been on the rack or shelf for a long time so they will lower it diliown fairly. They have sales every week of every month so enjoy!!!

Omg is this place ridiculously priced! Lots and lots of stuff, and I could find many many things I'd buy IF they were thrift prices. The whole thrifting now has just became a joke bc of pricing like this. We walked out with nothing. When you can buy from Ross, brand new for less, well that tells you something. Nothing there was even remotely reasonably priced. What a waste.

Why do I even have to give one star? Red Racks prices are so ridiculous. You can buy new items for the same but usually even for less. i haven't gone in a while, however when I did, I found a couple of items, but then i was floored by the price and rarely bought anything. These items are all DONATED! Granted they have overhead, but they are ripping off anyone who shops there. I do not understand why anyone would pay Red Racks prices. people who do pay Red Racks prices must never compare pricing or they just have money to burn. I just don't get it!?! Don't say they have sales and discounts, but anytime I go it is rare to find an item that is the color of the week. waste of time.

The prices at all the Red Racks are WAY too high. $7.99 for a used tank top with stains on it?! I don't think so! $4.99 for a used plain baby onesie?! Nope! I don't think they understand the meaning of the word 'thrift'! They don't run any specials or have any sales like most thrift stores. I asked. I'd skip the trip and find a smaller place with better prices!

Visited both locations they had a good variety of goods. So far the experience at this one was not a pleasant one due to the lack of professionalism and rude attitude from cashier. Not sure if she had personal issues going on ,but I did not appreciate the condescension during the interaction.

A LOT to look at! I did not give 5 stars because I think they are a little pricey on some things. But a great thrift store over all! You can spend a long time in this place and still not see everything.

Nice place if your looking for some used items if you don't want to pay full retail. I have found several items that are brand new and never worn. I have found old silver, Norman Rockwell plates. Some old 75 LP's ( These are very old records for those of you who don't know). They also have CD's, cassettes, VHS, and tons of used books. Some furniture items and lamps. You have to be selective about what you want. Can usually fine something if you look hard enough.

Red Racks used to be great years ago but the prices have surged while low quality & fast fashion items dominate the store. The pricing model is also out of touch with Springfield’s community. Most used basics were priced higher than new at stores. The majority of women's tops priced at $9+ while mens were $6. Empty wine bottles for $8 or used bath towels for $5. Empty pasta sauce jars for $3.
