This Red Wing store is my 6th store in my lifetime which I have used to purchase boots. I have been in probably 7 or 8 more stores which I did not purchase boots.
I met the most knowledgeable sales person (Trinity) I have ever encountered in any Red Wing or any shoe store for that matter. She answered every single question I ask and if she did not know the answer she took the time to get the information I needed.
Eric the manager of the store also has done work on one of my previous purchases of a pair of boots by adding hook eyelets to the top four eyelets. It was the best work I have ever had done on my Redwings. He also stretched a boot this time while I waited but he was sure to let me know that it really needed to be on the stretcher longer and if I need to come back, if I would drop them off he would leave it on the stretcher at least eight hours to make sure it does the job. Awesome store #650 Springfield,Missouri. Awesome boots size 11 875 W and size 11 10875 W are the best boots I have purchased yet! Both purchased from Trinity with a full knowledge of the differences between the two.

I dont like how I spent $300 on boots and another $100 for insoles that are killing my feet.
But I do love how they clean and waterproof for free.
I hate how the lady changed my upgraded laces without mentioning it at all when the boots was just a couple months old and they are now too short!
They have a large selection so how did I spend so much and still not get what I wanted? I miss my old timberland pro boots for sure and I didnt have to buy insoles for them to try and make them comfortable. Just whats the point of the measuring tools if they dont help me anyways? : (

I was at Springfield MO store on Friday about 5:30 pm on 11/7/25 and I had a boot voucher that would give me monies to purchase some safety shoes with safety toe! Well the company that I work for, Optimum (previously Altice or Suddenlink). There were two gentlemen, sorry I am not aware of their names, one helped me know the options that I was allowed and I showed me the safety shoe selection. Once I saw the shoe with orange on the bottom sole. I was convinced that was the shoe I wanted. The one sales man got my perfect size of shoe and also worked with me on selecting the perfect insole! As I was checking out there was problems with the item numbers that the company that I worked for were old numbers and the other gentleman worked real hard trying to find the item number that my company had so I could get those safety shoes! Knowing the store closed at 6:00pm, I tried to make my choices quickly so they could leave on time. After some hard work the other gentleman, not my salesman explained that he could get the similar shoe but only in solid black due to the incorrect item numbers that my company had!
With this, they ordered me the shoes and they arrived last night at my house, I really appreciate the hard work, for they both bent over backwards and stayed late trying to make me 100% happy!
I am happy except the shoes were not black and orange, the original ones I chose!
Both men I want to compliment and let management know they worked very hard trying to get me the shoes I wanted but that was not competed! I am not unhappy with both associates! They worked late and very hard to make me happy, the problems were out of their control!

Eric was fantastic. My son needed welding boots and we went in with what we wanted which were on sale. Not only did Eric match the price, but we got a better boot and he talked us into some socks that work really well.

My husband and I happened to see this store while driving by and knew they had a history of carrying good boots. We were so delighted to meet Eric, Trinity and Reilly who each helped us with different parts of the process be it questions about the boots themselves, questions on fit, getting professionally sized and checked for pressure points to offering up ideas on how to ensure they stay looking great for a long time. The extra time and attention they took made it easy to purchase boots there vs anywhere else. We will be back! Absolutely tremendous service!!

Bought a pair of red wing shoes here was told they have a year warranty if there is any problem bring them back approximately 5 months later brought them back because they were disintegrating and was told they changed systems and cant find me and even if they did its a manufacturing defect warranty and they dont cover wear and tear i only purchased because they guanteed me they would last atleast a year what a waste of money first and last time I will buy red wing my father purchased red wings for 30 years without issue he would be very disappointed as am I, its ok danner makes better boots and stands behind there products. I paid well over 300 for boots and insoles the insoles broke and the boots as well and I was told if there are any problems bring them back and they would replace them or make it right, when I did i got nothing, red wing insoles and boots are garbage along with there customer service, the thorogoods im wearing right now have lasted me years dont buy red wing

Trinity and Ethan were fantastic! Both of them helped me figure out the issue with my boots and were happy to keep trying until we found a solution that worked. They were able to help me find insoles that made my feet more comfortable while I hike, and saved me quite a bit of money.

Charles was super helpful as soon as I walked in, offered to measure my feet using the machine and provided me with very important information for my choice in Red Wing work boots. He got multiple sizes for me to try on and find the perfect fit! Thank you ❤️

Thank you so much have been looking for these red wing moc boots that were made for the great Clothing company you had the only pair left in the state amazing you held onto them for two weeks. You had a customer that was interested that was local but when I called they were available You guys were super super nice. I am so excited to have received these blue moc redwong boots Thanks again great shipping to Connecticut in the future. If I buy more redwing boots, even though I have local stores here in Connecticut will always buy from you guys. Thanks again.
