Terrible. Continually took money out of my account when I hadn't even rented a movie. Not only my account but my boyfriend's too. Called customer service and the woman was absolutely rude and hateful... disrespectful to the most extreme. I will NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
