We bought a home in 2019 and regions bank had a lien from the previous homeowner, that was confirmed to be paid off in 2019. Regions Bank never filed.the paperwork to release the deed and now we are facing consequences for it. Everytime we call we are given the run around. Now we were told it would take 10 business days but they still aren't filing the release with Greene County (per the phone representative)
I am not sure why it's so hard to not file the release when it has been paid off for 5 years.

This bank is terrible!! They canceled my card twice this month for no apparent reason, and it is extremely annoying for me to have to go back and forth just to acquire a new card. They don't even send you an email explaining why they deactivate your card.

Horrible and rude customer service. Over $100,000 in one account they refused to help me. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in this particular bank location. Will never be back. Strongly considering removing our accounts asap.

Boo... 00000 bad bad bad all around.. ran my credit when said they would only do a soft pull.. then months latter denied me a credit card .. even after I gave them a written signed letter . Of proof of address Then charged me money use my money and money to close account . Then on top all of it still Havent got my check... have to go up there to close account.. after I done it on line don't think twice turn away and walk out the door if your waiting to open a account

Had nothing but positive experience until I deposited my payroll check through the ATM because the mobile deposit wasn’t working. It takes 5 minutes for my check to clear through mobile app deposit but because I deposited on Saturday through the atm I have to wait until Tuesday for my funds to be available. I was told this yesterday!! I was told this morning that now they are holding my payroll check until October 3rd!! It does not take long to call the bank where the check was issued from to verify. I am a single mother now without any money for groceries, bills, gas, and other daily living expenses. I honestly do not know how I’m going to make it until the 3rd!! I can’t even drive to work because I have no gas!!! I would understand if it was a payroll check from a new company but this is the same people who pay me every payday for a year! Something better be done because this is ridiculous and might cost me my job!!

I've had nothing but issues recently with regions!! Nobody answers the phone as I've tried numerous times and days to call. When you go to the branch in person they aren't any help either. So I called their customer service number and they told me I have to handle my issue at my local branch.. definitely don't recommend!!!!

I've been cashing my fifty dollar bday checks here for over 10 years,today they charged me 10% to cash it. 10% on a $50 bday check! It's only five bucks,but I'll never bank a dime here.
