Boo... 00000 bad bad bad all around.. ran my credit when said they would only do a soft pull.. then months latter denied me a credit card .. even after I gave them a written signed letter . Of proof of address Then charged me money use my money and money to close account . Then on top all of it still Havent got my check... have to go up there to close account.. after I done it on line don't think twice turn away and walk out the door if your waiting to open a account

Had nothing but positive experience until I deposited my payroll check through the ATM because the mobile deposit wasn’t working. It takes 5 minutes for my check to clear through mobile app deposit but because I deposited on Saturday through the atm I have to wait until Tuesday for my funds to be available. I was told this yesterday!! I was told this morning that now they are holding my payroll check until October 3rd!! It does not take long to call the bank where the check was issued from to verify. I am a single mother now without any money for groceries, bills, gas, and other daily living expenses. I honestly do not know how I’m going to make it until the 3rd!! I can’t even drive to work because I have no gas!!! I would understand if it was a payroll check from a new company but this is the same people who pay me every payday for a year! Something better be done because this is ridiculous and might cost me my job!!

I've had nothing but issues recently with regions!! Nobody answers the phone as I've tried numerous times and days to call. When you go to the branch in person they aren't any help either. So I called their customer service number and they told me I have to handle my issue at my local branch.. definitely don't recommend!!!!

I've been cashing my fifty dollar bday checks here for over 10 years,today they charged me 10% to cash it. 10% on a $50 bday check! It's only five bucks,but I'll never bank a dime here.

I attempted to close out my account today and was told I could not do so because I didn't have a Missouri ID. I opened up the account with my California ID and I should be able to close the account with the same ID. This has been by far the worst banking experience I've ever had, from the start until today! Within three weeks of having the account they turned off my card for possible fraudulent charges because I did not reply to a text message. I do not recall getting such a text message and they're trying to say that they have an idea of how I spend my money after 3 weeks. There were only seven charges on that card within 3 weeks, how do you assume fraud after seven charges? That was extremely inconvenient. There ATM machine is always broken and half the time my card did not work at Walmart and now when I go to close out my account they tell me no, what the hell?Avoid this institution at all cost!

The Springfield, Mo Campbell branch manager named Tina is very rude and apparently doesn't like to listen to you on the phone when you are trying to explain the situation. I responded to a mailer from a 300$ bonus if I opened a checking account. I repeatedly asked about fees, which there are so many, and asked how to avoid them. I was told that as long as I had a 1500$ balance, there wouldn't be any. I got the bonus and went to close my account and they tell me there is a 25$ closing fee. So sneaky how they get you. I call Tina and she says the only way they wave this fee is if you move away. So that means they can wave it, but she is choosing not to. She says just withdrawal your money and don't close the account. But then there are all kinds of monthy checking account fees if your balance is under 1500$ or you don't have a direct deposit. I told them at the beginning I already have a checking account I use and am just doing this for the bonus.They said that is fine. Well they got me. And everyone I spoke with kept trying to pass the blame to someone else. Noone, not even the bank managers will take responsibility. You have been warned. Stay away.

This bank is really going down hill. The young man working the drive through on 6/29 at 2:30 ish was extremely rude. Customer service used to be top notch. Might be time to start looking for another bank....
