Shout out to Jordan ganzer. I didn't feel like he was just trying to sell me a car. As a female I felt comfortable and at ease ! He laughed at mine and my sister's lame jokes. And was reasonable when it came to our financing. Worked with us and in the end we walked out with the car we wanted and the exact price we had in mind. They were felaxble. 10/10 recommend.

Just wanna start by saying I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone & everyone. All the workers were very kind! From the second I pulled up to the dealership to the second I left with a car. They made sure to offer me water and coffee, multiple times. Jordahn was my sales man, 10/10. I came in with quite a few requirements & he made sure to meet all of those, all while being patient with my questions. He made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. Amazing salesman! Randall also was just as amazing as well. He worked with me on prices and budgets to make sure I was satisfied with it overall. I’m really happy with my trip today and how smoothly the transition went from one car to the next. Thank you!

Jordan was helpful. We had parameters for how much time we would be there to purchase the vehicle. It went over by 1/2 hour. So pretty close to target. The experience was straight forward and overall efficient. The paper work was done wrong but they corrected it within a couple days

Love my new Subaru, but service in the pre-owned was awful. Buying took three hours - the sales team came back every 30-45 minutes with another paper that said the same thing. Didn't even offer us water. At least 15 guys standing around doing nothing.I had to come back in on Monday to pick up paperwork that was missing. I came in and had to run an errand - they said they'd prep it while I was gone. Came back and I'm still waiting in the lobby. Would not recommend.

Though I didn't move forward with the car I was looking at TJ was kind, knowledgeable, and on top of assisting me with any question I had. Genuinely one of the cooler salesman I've dealt with and I'll recommend anyone his way in the future.

Jordahn Ganzer Gave tremendous help with us purchasing our first dealership car!!. He was strait to the point and we had our vehicle purchased and ready to go in under 30 minutes!. Excellent customer service anybody worried about trying a dealership for the first time MUST go to relaible cars.

On a whim, we decided to go look for a new vehicle. Reliable cars was the first place we stopped. Jordahn Ganzer was incredibly kind and helpful... but most importantly, he was patient. Since it was our first stop, we wanted to go see what else was out there. He kept in touch with us, but not in a pushy, annoying way. When we had questions, he quickly found the answer. Finally, we decided on the vehicle that he had shown us, but the store was almost closed! No worries, he gladly stayed after hours to help us be able to drive our new ride home. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new(er) vehicle to give Jordahn at Reliable Cars a try.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! thanks to you guys i now have to surrender my vehicle. i am 10k in negative equity when i STRESSED that i did not want to have any more negative. i was told it would be clean and i would not have a worry. TWO WEEKS LATER the turbo goes out, say there is no warranty (forgot the manufacturer warranty huh) but found out from FORD it was just two hoses disconnected. i had to pay over $600 for diagnostics to find that out. i can’t get into a new vehicle or a used vehicle at this point.TAKE BACK THIS CAR

I purchased a kia soul here and it was such a refreshing change from other car lots that I had visited before coming here. They had the car immaculate and full of gas. They were friendly and helpful. I don't understand the other reviews saying that the cars they purchased some things weren't disclosed because you get a free carfax that tells you all about the car before you buy it. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend reliable cars in springfield!!
