Came in to look at a used vehicle I saw online. The first car I test drove had a bad transmission, and they were trying to sell it for 9k. The salesman took the keys for my trade in and took my car out of sight. I test drive a 2nd vehicle, and was not ready to make a decision yet, but was pressured several times to sign saying I would buy the vehicle I test drove, and when they offered me a lower price, told me that to seal the offer I would have to put 500 dollars down, even though I wasn't prepared to purchase the vehicle.
Both the sales people I dealt with also had very red eyes, either from lack of sleep or they were under the influence. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, I would not recommend this dealership or their maintenance.
I had also taken my car here to have a recall fixed on my 13 chevy spark, only for them to break the part they had replaced, and the hood never worked properly after I brought it in.
Sketchy business going on here, go to Marshfield Chevrolet instead if you want a good buying experience.
