I worked with Scott on my repairs. He did a great job keeping me updated and was friendly and easy to work with. However, when I picked up my car up, the gentleman that took my money was very rude. How odd to have your customer service skilled folks behind the counter. It seems someone friendly would sit out front. The repairs were acceptable. Friendliness goes a long way, though, for repeat business.

We had an accident with our Mustang and took it to Reliable Toyota Collision Center As directed by USAA our insurance company. When the job was completed, the parts were unaligned, the paint was not correctly applied and after 3 unsuccessful attempts to get our car repaired correctly I would have to say this is absolutely the worst experience we've ever had with abody shop.Now USAA has to send us to another body shop to get it done right.Beware!.insurance companycollision center.As directed by u s a a on a shrink c

The service tech was bragging about how he had just attended a seminar on BMW body repairs, so I felt confident leaving it with them. Unfortunately, the person who actually did the repairs seemed to just attach the new body panels without even attempting to line them up. I had to bring it back 3 times for him to fix it, and finally the same bragging tech basically called me a perfectionist and said "sometimes after an accident it just won't look the same".I'm just a back yard mechanic but I was able to to a MUCH better job than the "trained professional".

I had a seat belt latch where it is attached to the floor, come off in my hand. The dealership of my car could not get it repaired and sent me here. They fixed it in one hour and did not charge me. They went above and beyond to help a senior citizen. So appreciated!

Went to get an estimate for my vehicle and was told it would take 30 minutes for it to be emailed to me. Followed up 24 hours later and was informed they didn’t even have my paperwork. Requested to speak to the manager, Jake and was yelled at and hung up on when just trying to get down to the bottom of this. Would not recommend

I carelessly pulled into a parking spot at my apartment and accidentally side swiped the apartments wall to the stairwell. The damage wasn't bad but ugly. Scott was able to fix it on the spot within minutes. Thank you! If I have any future needs I'll definitely becoming back to this spot.

I had to drop off my car here. Even tho they were not able to fix it, I did appreciate the help I received from them. I am hoping to never be in that situation again, but I would come back here again and would suggest to anyone to do so if they needed something done

Seth at the collision center lied to me repeatedly when I told him I might not take my car to them depending on the rental price. He told me I signed a contract stating that if they ordered parts there was a 25% restocking fee. When asked to see this document he got very apprehensive and eventually sent it to me after I asked several times. It was a document allowing them to give me an estimate. It did not even mention anything about parts or a restocking fee. Even after he sent it to me he still tried to lie and pressure me into using them. I will never use Reliable car dealerships ever again. I have had nothing but issues with them in the past but thought I would give them another chance. They just lie and pressure you to get what they want.Update: I reached out after their response and nobody knew anything or offered any assistance.Service: Body & Trim

I had a horrible experience with another body shop who completely botched a repair job from a deer collision. Jake, the body shop manager at Reliable, did an excellent job of coordinating with all the entities involved and kept me updated during the entire process. I would recommend them. I've used several shops in the Springfield area and Reliable far exceeded the others. Jake is the most professional of all the body shop managers that I've met, with a desire to complete the job correctly.Services: Painting

We purchased a certified Toyota with a cracked windshield. We were told it would be replaced in less than a week. It took 3 weeks to get the windshield in. We asked to drop our car off 3 days before we leaving town so that we could pick it up on our way out of town. Jake (Manage) told us he didn't want to replace the windshield before we went out of town just in case it were to get a rock-chip on our road trip, we. Even though that's not he his call to make and he was out of line, we agreed to have it done while we were out of town. We pick up our Highlander and headed home to find out our AC/Defrost was not working. I called and spoke with Donny, the young who had been communicating with us andhe informed us that they were aware of the problem because his Jake had mentioned it but they decided to return it to us anyway....We went back to speak with Jake in person at this point and he couldn't have been more rude or disrespectful. Also, while waiting we witnessed a tech give a customer the wrong set of keys and then argue with the customer when the customer said he had been given the wrong set. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!Service: Auto glass services
