Kery was amazing! He asked all the right questions and took the time to find out what my wife and I were looking for in a car. He was able to explain all the multiple options, was thoughtful and allowed us to feel comfortable with the purchase. Mark was the cherry on top, being able to explain all the tech in the car! We’ve had some bad experience lately looking at other dealerships for a new car. We’ve been searching since mid July and hadn’t even looked for a Lexus. One of my good friends mentioned Kery and we’ve have loved every minute of the process. Mark was amazing as well with catching us up with all the technology. Amazing experience, thank you so much!

Been on a waiting list for a new Lexus vehicle for about 4 months. They told us October, but we ended up getting it a month early. We initially looked at a RAV4, but we changed over to Ken and it’s been a great process so far. Mark was also great with teaching us all the technology.

I had been looking for a new car for only two weeks. Ken approached us on the lot. He helped me find my dream car, an awesome 2020 Lexus NX 300h! I'm downsizing from a Lexus RX450h that I've driven for over 10 years. The NX fits me like a glove! I love it! Mark helped me with the newer technology I had been missing out on, Wow, it practically drives itself.

Automotive Dealerships are often rated on the newness of the facility. In the Luxury Vehicle Market, everyone has a nice facility. The Luxury Guest want something I call Personalized Service. Being treated like a unique individual with very specific needs. That takes a team working together. To the credit of Mr. Rick Meewes, the dealer principle/managing partner of reliable Lexus and his team, they have struck a balance of Quality Produce, Service, Inventory, and Personalized Service. Lexus as a brand should be very proud of the work this team does for their current, future and new clients. Bravo.

Started looking for a Lexus vehicle since May, Ken came out on the lot to talk to us and showed us a beautiful 2023 Lexus RX 350. Mark was very handy in providing everything I need to know to feel comfortable in the car. It’s been a great process so far and I’m excited to see what Lexus is about!

A+++ experience as always! I’ve always purchased my Lexus vehicle from Kery and it has always been a great experience. This has been my 6 Lexus vehicle that he has sold me and the last one was unfortunately totaled. But the car was great in avoiding any injury. Mark was also great in updating me in all the different technology, compared to my 2018 RX. Thanks you!

So Ken sold me my first Lexus vehicle, it was a 2019 Lexus ES 350 and I loved it. I’m sure I’ll love this 2023 LS 500 even more! Ken and Mark were awesome with the whole process and I’m sure I’ll be back to make an appointment with Mark again to educate myself with all the new tech features.

Anthony greeted us inside and I wasn’t necessarily looking for a Lexus vehicle. But, I really liked the IS 350 and he got me put into it! Mark was also great with providing a tutorial class on all the tech. Very easy (almost too easy) process!

The whole process and pricing were fantastic. I’ve been wanting a Lexus vehicle for the past couple months and Aaron got me into exactly what I needed. Once everything was finalize, I hopped into my vehicle with Mark and he did great with teaching me about all the tech within the car.
