Definitely first and last Mazda that im gonna own. The car is cheaply made. After 3 years you have to pay to use auto start what kinda is is that? The car won't tell you what tire is low even though that car knows so why wouldn't it tell me what's the pressure and what tire needs air. The car is made to be worked by dealership itself, and impossible to fix simple things. Brought car to the dealership. Nightmare... wait time is double than what they tell you. Brought car for regular service they told me I need a new battery. The car is 20k. Went to O'REILLY they said battery is fine. So totally a scam. Always trying to upsale and replace my perfectly clean filters. The car is not even 2 years old and im ready to get rid of this POS

Jordan from the Used Car Department was so great! He was kind, accommodating, and fun to work with! The whole process was smooth and without high pressure. The finance department worked so hard to meet our budget! 5 stars all around and will return the next time we are looking to buy.

I am so very very upset. I bought my 2920 Mazda in for oil change and windshield washer fluid light in and trouble with gps/radio. I have an extended warranty I purchased in Arizona. I was told Gps was not covered. When I called and called and finally got someone he was upset with me because I gave him an 8 on my evaluation. I ended up hanging up. Two days ago I actually got to talk to a live person. I explained my situation and was told someone would call me back. It is now 2 days and still no phone call. Today I have called 5 times and cannot get anyone to answer a phone.
The problem I need resolved is I am sure the windshield washer fluid should be covered by warranty. I was also told I would get my money back then on the charge for it being analyzed on your machine which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I am a senior on a fixed income and resent this scam. If I don’t get this resolved ASAP I am contacting corporate.

I’m really disappointed with our experience today. We bought our car from here just 6 months ago and drove 3 hours to get an oil change because we wanted to keep up with dealership service. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting for over 3 hours just for a basic oil change. Especially when they initially told us it would only be an hour due to overbooking. It’s frustrating when you plan your entire day around a service appointment and it takes this long for something so simple. We expected better customer service and efficiency, especially after purchasing our vehicle here.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. I scheduled a headlight bulb replacement weeks ago. I get there today and they tell me the car will be ready in 1 hour. An hour and a half later i go looking for the service rep and he tells me they don’t have the bulb to replace it with. I live an hour from this place. I got a half assed sorry for wasting hours of my day.

Scheduled online like I always did at Lee’s Summit. Consistently the same price with slight differentiation and the same items. I come in early and greet the advisor. Guy shows me a paper and starts talking about the inspection rates. I tell him I just want what I put online. Somewhere along the line, there’s a miscommunication I guess and now my old service was changed to one of the ones on the paper… that costs over $400 more. I get the bill and tell the guy there’s been a mistake. I get an apology, about $150 or so taken off my bill and two free oil changes. I’ve got the money, so obviously I pay it and go on my way. Three stars because of the discount and oil changes. However after this experience, I’m getting my oil changes and calling it good with this dealership. My family and I have a lot of bills and other things that need paid right now and I don’t need to be paying for vehicle services I didn’t want or need in the first place. Won’t say not to go to this dealership, but sure as hell make sure you make it crystal clear with the employees what you want so that you don’t go through what I did. I would hate it if someone didn’t have the money and went through the same experience.

Very unwilling to help. Was told “yeah I DO have that ability but I have to ask if I can” “oh I actually can’t do that now that I’ve asked” atleast lie better to the next person 😂
