My name is Quyen Nguyen, a client of Reliable Subaru. I just want to share some of my reviews as the following:
- They have a perfect team with excellent customer service, friendly working environment, and detailed explanations if you have the concerns about your vehicle.
- My favorite technician is Casey Kelly, he is the good one with his knowledge, and courtesy to the clients. I highly recommend him in this review.
- However, it would be beyond perfect if Reliable Subaru can co-operate with Costco supermarket near by to get some kinds of Costco membership cards so Reliable Subaru's clients can borrow and go to Costco to shop, look, check, spend time there, etc. while waiting for their vehicles serviced at Subaru facility nextdoor.
I believe It will be a win-win business for Reliable Subaru and Costco because both will probably have more attractions and business.

My first visit we with Reliable Subaru. The service tech on my car was professional and friendly all day. He was respectful of my questions, getting answers and explanations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

The staff were very fans efficient. I called regarding the Crosstrek Wilderness I wanted and they had it detailed and gas topped off before I got there. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Reliable Subaru. I have owned 3 Subaru’s, they are the best vehicles around!

Kyle Kellogg was very helpful, professional, personable and I hope he is the one who helps us next time we are there. He explained the procedure clearly and kept us informed during the service appointment and gave us tips for what to expect at the next service.
