Shout out to Daniel Enlow at Reliable Toyota for providing an outstanding buying experience on our new Toyota Tacoma. He covered all the bases: test drive (and favorably answering my many questions), accessories, pricing (based on Sam's TruCar Services), trade, financing ... our second buy from Daniel. This one makes 8 Toyotas in my lifetime and my second Tacoma, and Daniel made it the best sales experience.

Excellent experience buying a used Mustang last week. I buy a fair amount of vehicles, and I am very impressed by the experience I had at Reliable. Jack Dugger and Adam Mackenzie communicated effectively and made sure my concerns were addressed. The finance department was speedy and efficient. And when there was a delay with my bank, the Reliable team was flexible and got me on my way. Strongly recommend, I will look to buy again from Reliable in the future, even though I am 200 miles away.

Called to make an appointment and was apparently too close to the service department's quitting time. Someone from the service department answered, and when I stated what was wrong, they said I needed to talk to the parts department, and then before I could protest the ridiculous statement, they had transfered me to parts. Parts, of course, transferred me back to service, to which I received voicemail right away.

I brought my car in for recall work and left with a list of things that weren't even wrong with it and was incorrect at best, except for me needing tires. Your technicians are subpar at minimum, and the service advisors are even worse. I had y'all look into a shudder that my rav has had recently, and all y'all said it was my brakes. Wrong, I already knew of the brake shudder my car had. The issue I described was when the car was at a full stop, not coming to a stop. The differentials and transfer case fluids had been inspected and are good, the brake fluid is good and has no contamination in it, yet you advised exchanging both. Coolant system fluid was good and at proper level and mixture, yet you missed the minor coolant leak from upper radiator hose. Fuel system and throttle body was recently cleaned, and the transmission service had recently been performed with filter exchange, all things you wanted to stick a bill to me for. Everything your people advised was either good or recently taken care of and you missed more important issues. I'm a mechanic and people like your tech, service advisors, and this list are why people hate taking their cars to mechanics now a days. Thanks for keeping my car for 3 hours, though, to replace the battery tray and hold down, I guess. If I could rate them no stars I would

Went to go look at a few different model toyotas. Ended up test driving one but left afterwards after seeing the sales person was not very educated on Toyotas at all. This is absolutely not the sales persons fault but the fault of management putting someone on the floor with no to little experience on products.Will be purchasing elsewhere because of poor customer service.

Perry was a great sales representative to connect with and very knowledgeable about my used car purchase. Was a positive experience overall and I would say my 2 hour drive up was worth it. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase, worked with me to get the terms and trade in value I had in mind, and made sure I had everything I need when I left. Very happy with the whole ordeal.
