Good experience.. good customer service.. just wasn’t what I was looking for. Wanted to get two full sets of tires and it was a bit much for me (one set of tires was $1400). They were willing to work with me on the price , but I just chose to go a different route. They still did everything they could for that sale and to make it a good experience for me and I appreciate that.

I never went to this facility to purchase any tires. I never live in this town to purchase anything. I called the facility and told them about it but they were very short with me. So I give this whole land lot a zero star if I could.

Dell does the absolute best for his customers and goes above and beyond. His employees are the best and I feel at home when im looking for wheels and tires without being pressured. They give me the best options and advice for my vehicles and are so knowledgeable.

Went here cause I messed up a valve stem on my wheel. I brought it in and told them the situation they looked at it and said they would fix it for free!! Now that's customer service!! Thank you guys !

(DO NOT GET TIRES OR WHEELS HERE)
unless you want to pay extra and eventually have to cancel payments and return them so they can use your money you paid to sell them for cheaper. I had a good set of tires and wheels on my truck and was making payments on them (AUTOMATICALLY) for about 6 months. It was fine up until whenever I got closer to paying them off they started saying that I was late on payments and I would have to make the payment plus extra so I said whatever I’ll just pay the fee. I done that about 4 times before I just got done with it and returned them even tho my payments were set to be (AUTOMATICALLY) taken out.. I even changed cards re- setup my (AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS) but apparently they don’t care they just want your money. And then the tired and wheels back too after they get some money from you for free pretty much because ya you don’t get the money back if you have to return them for any reason.. let alone when you go through that you have to wait about an hour or more on the phone for them to even answer to get it all taken care of. Also be careful because they steal things out of your vehicles too if there is anything setting out they can see while they are working on your vehicle. So ya zero stars for them and won’t be coming back.

This was definitely one of the best positive make you feel good about yourself again because somebody gives you a chance cause somebody else some company believes in you I spoke with Aislyn She’s a very highly motivated sales associate there and she is great with communication gets back to you man. She got me in the same day and finished incredible. I couldn’t believe it no hassle whatsoever you know don’t even think twice just go if she tells you to go and not only that I spoke with a gentleman as well. He was very helpful very eager to help and not used to that kind of thing anymore I guess but you know what it was kinda nice. It was nice being treated like a human being. It was nice feeling even if you know it. It was just a good feeling going there. The whole experience was a positive And I wanna shout out to Kaleb Breaux he also is a sales associate there but he’s going to go to Mountainhome. I believe Arkansas and Work as manager GM or whatever it may be there and I would recommend it my friends there. Check it out man because this is a good dude right here. he knows this stuff and I mean he knows that he’s just amazing and no lies. Just he just tells you and you know he works with you just like You know it’s it’s Old School Old School ways man I’m telling you folks I’ll give them a 10 star up and up both of them are just outstanding the whole team there is amazing and I’m talking about the guys in the back doing the tires in the rims man. They’re so good. I couldn’t believe how quick and amazing everything was. I mean it was like driving a new car when I left and to be honest with you I probably shared a tear or two cause I haven’t felt that way in a long time and it sure feels good Thank you you guys big love

Replaced all chrome lug nuts with standard lug nuts. Upon getting on the highway after tire installation driver side front wheel well plastic was loose and sounded like we were going to fall apart on the highway. Had to pull over two or three times. Sounded like someone had tied strings to cans and were dragging behind us. Had everything installed before signing papers and made it sound like we were going to rob them and very degrading. The manager there was a younger gentleman and his personality just gave me the creeps, and lastly, they specifically came in and asked where we would like our spare in the back and we said no underneath the SUV where it is normally stored. They just threw it in the back. It is just rolling around back there, clunking with every turn! Very annoying.

I had a very pleasant experience with RNR tires. I’ve been having problems with my tires for a while and I’m glad that I came to RNR to resolve my issue. Having the roadside assistance while I’m making my payments with options to extend the warranty is the best feature!!!
